Corey and Caleb did an outstanding job installing new faucets in our master bath. They were completely professional, efficient, and highly competent. Corey really went the extra mile to make sure everything was how we wanted it.

Josh and Mike came out to swap out a bathroom vanity and add some connections for another sink. They were thorough in their explanation of what would be done, comprehensive in their pricing and options and did great work, right then. The clean up afterwards was professional. Thrilled and delighted! I have found my new plumbing company. Sevenr quickly took care of replacing the valve, flapper and supply line for my old toilet that would not stop running. He was prompt, polite and efficient. I especially like the fact that he did not try to sell me on any more services. The price was reasonable too. This is the plumbing company I will be calling from now on.

We had a clogged sewer line that Rayan cleared using his rotating snake. After which he used a camera to video inspect the pipe. This was on a Saturday morning and he was prompt, on time and didn’t stop until the job was done.. thank you Rayan.

Ted is “The Man” when it comes to customer service for this company!! He did exactly what he said he would do and stayed overtime at no extra charge to make sure he did it right. He truly was a God send to my wife and me, and this spring we’ll have him complete the estimated work which was out of our budget here at Christmas time. We will definitely use Option One Plumbing again in the near future to complete our job as long as Ted is there!!!! Very impressed with him and the company!!!

Matt came out to our home this morning and fixed a tiny leak in an upstairs pipe. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness with the situation. He was also nice to my dog and cat, which is important! Will use AAA in the future!

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.
