hey make sure to take care of their community and do great work. They installed a water heater in a tight crawl space that looks amazing and separate occasion when I realized I had a tub leak into my crawl space on a Sunday night they were there Monday morning.

We had an underground leak that, of course, the City said was not their responsibility. I called several plumbing companies. Each one said they couldn't come out for a few days. I felt like it was a ploy to wait for the issue to worsen. Finally I called Option One! They said they could get a rep out late that afternoon. I was satisfied. A few hours later the office called back to say they had a rep available to come out early if it was OK with me. IT WAS MORE THAN OK! IT WAS AWESOME! My rep, Tim, arrived early afternoon, identified where the leak was coming from, gave me several options for repair, at various cost levels. I picked the one the made the most sense, worked best for my home and my budget. After a quick call to my cousin--also a plumber--he agreed with what Tim was suggesting be done and was the most cost effective option. I was overjoyed to finally find a company that wasn't trying to rip you off and jack up costs for work not needed. KUDOS TO TIM AND OPTION ONE!!! Tim arrived the following morning and got to work. He was done by early afternoon. Now if you were following along, you got it, Tim came out early afternoon to diagnose my issue and within 24 hours, IT WAS FIXED--AT A GREAT PRICE!!! Option One is now my 'go-to' for plumbing needs.

The Team came in , assessed the issue and resolved it skillfully . They were great and took great care in the home. I had a little bit of sticker shock but I've never had a plumbing issue prior. I would definitely use Charlotte Plumbing Masters again.

This is one of many times ER has been out to our house. Steve Anderson and his assistant did a great job locating exactly where the leak was coming from in our pipe. They promptly fixed it and as always their pricing was very fair! They have always provided prompt amd excellent service. Thank you!

Called Drew with King plumbing for toilet replacement. Called back same day and after sending some pictures got an estimate and install date. Arrived promptly and performed all services better than expected.
