Best Water Softener System Installation in Charlotte NC

I wish I had enough room to describe the issues I was having in my home but you can take my word. I have never met a better group My Wyatt Seth and Mike O. When I got to the house Mike was in a 8ft deep man hole trying to solve our issue. They will do what ever it takes and hold your hand along the way. I felt the bill was more then fair for what they had to go through, I am an electrician and I do service work. I will model myself after this crew. Chris, a senior technician came over to clear my clogged bathroom sink. He was very professional and clearly explained the steps that may be needed to solve the problem. With his experience he was able to remove a significant blockage in the pipe that connected to the sink. Very pleased with his service. Definitely recommend this company.

I came home from vacation 9/30/18 to a broken hot water heater . My home buyers extended warranty was very slow and first company they dispatched was out of busines! . As soon as they found CHARLOTTE PLUMBING MASTERS , my bad luck turned around. Tim ( office mgr) was so understanding and worked quickly to get a technician to my house within hours ! Michael, the technician was very thorough and knowledgable ..called my home warranry company on the spot so we could get the hot water heater approved and installed asap! Will definitely use these guys in the future if/when the need arises!

this was a complete rip off . they charged $1100 to unclog the toilet it lasted 1day. they were unresponsive in resolving the issue

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.

called Fatman because of low water pressure... they have a sterling reputation on social media and absolutely lived up to the professionalism and service everyone raves about.. unfortunately, they were unable to solve my problem since it's with my well pump and nothing inside the house... but Fatman referred me to a local, reputable well company who is also held in high regard by their customers

I totally forgot about this review and updating it... turns out I NEEDED Fatman to fix my issue... and they did. Brought them back again to install a water tank for my well. Great company. Hire them if you can!!

To say that Brian Wilson and the young gentleman who came today to install my washing machine drain pan were great is an understatement. They were ready to start work before the time scheduled which is unheard of and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
After dealing for weeks with unprofessional people, they were a bright spot in my day. I will be using this company for any plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend everyone else does too.
