They came out for a sewage back up problem. They explained everything to me and said it was the main sewer line that was the problem and needed to be replaced. They said it would fix the problem. After having sewage back up into our shower, we felt relieved that this was going to prevent this problem. 2 weeks later and the same problems came back. They came out and said it would take another 3-4 thousand dollars to fix the problem. I instead called a better rated plumber who found the problem and fixed it within 10 minutes (a blockage by the road). No problems since! They acted more like salesmen than people who wanted to fix our problems. Will never seek their assistance again.

Price was reasonable as I had called a few others and even had a competitor come to house for free estimate that was almost twice as much. Great experience from start to finish. Charlotte Plumbing Masters replaced a main water line that had broken on my side of the city water meter. They were very professional during the entire repair. They really did more than I thought they would to replace the water line. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for plumber to do any job that you want a 100% professional job.

Bobby came by sooner than anticipated and figured out the issue with my disposal very quickly. It turns out that it was actually a clog and not the disposal. He cleared the clog with ease and even gave me a few tips on how to avoid the issue in the future. Great service and was incredibly friendly! I will certainly use them again in the future.

I have a rental condo in Oak Island and my guests reported a leaking hot water tank at 12:00 noon on a Friday. I called Drew and he promptly came to the condo and sent me photos of a badly rusted out tank which needed replaced asap. He went back out and got the parts, quickly returned and had everything buttoned up by 4:00PM on the same day! Amazing service, saved my guests a weekend without water. Highly recommend!! ??

my toilet stopped flushing and i called them out. they fixed it in no time. and while they were their fixed my disposal in no time. would definitely use again.. was about 300 dollars less than the other guy.
