This company is all about the upsell... had them look at a clogged toilet once and next thing I know they are quoting me on not only replacing that toilet but every toilet in the building. Next our water heater busted and they quoted $3000... yes 3K... I didn't add a zero. It was a 35 gallon electric water heater that only supplies 3 sinks in a warehouse. We just went and bought the $300 water heater and did it ourselves... the only thing this company wants to help is their bottom line.

Shout out to Tim who installed a new toilet. Per usual Tim was on time, professional, thorough and goes out of his way in making sure he leaves my home in clean condition. He clearly takes pride in his work. Thank you!

Thomas was my technician today. Showed up on time. Very friendly and personable. Diagnosed what the issue was and gave me my repair options. Very satisfied with his performance and will definitely use Morris Jenkins in the future.

The technician arrived one hour late to give me an estimate for a tankless gas water heater. It would replace my tank gas water heater located in the garage.
The estimate was about 60% higher than other estimate and it didn’t have the name and the model number of the proposed tankless water heater or even the size of it.
It was really unexpected surprise for me as a first time customer to contact them!

This is my second experience with Chris at Fatman and he didn't disappoint! He is very professional and friendly, but more importantly, works like it is for his own home!
