William and Mr. Rooter came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, and worked hard to fix it. We are a happy home with a dry basement thanks to Mr. Rooter. Plus, their warranty makes us feel great that our basement will stay dry for a while to come. Will recommend to friends and family!

They came out same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and made sure I had a good understanding of what they did. Couldn't be happier! Their business card now hangs on my fridge!

I called E.R Services for a new leak and was told they could get someone to me, but it could be late that day. I only had to wait for maybe an hour before Brennan was at my door. He was excellent! He diagnosed the problem , fixed everything, and cleaned up all within a couple of hours. This is my second time using E.R Services and I know I'll be using them for anything plumbing related going forward.

Very good experience with Carolina Plumbing Pros LLC. Appointment set online for Friday 7 July at 11:00A. Company called Thur. 6 July and said could come day early with 3-5 P window. Daniel called before lunch and said closeby and could come in 20 mins. Daniel arrived, took care of the problem, cleaned up and was gone in about an hour. Daniel a very personable young man. Quoted me a fair price and went about his business. If Daniel is a reflection of this companies employees I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks Daniel....WTP

This all started out with getting screwed over by a different company. They gave me a window for coming out and didn't even call me to tell me that they couldn't make it. Well it was a blessing that Morris Jenkins was able to send somebody out in just a few short hours to have a look at my problem. Keith the tech that arrived was great and made everything easy. Outstanding individual. I think that people get soured by how much a repair can cost not realizing that you get what you pay for. They have already called to come install my water heater ahead of schedule. Definitely would recommend to anyone that wants an extremely professional company to work with. ***Update***Will and Jarrod are amazing techs and performed a beautiful skilled install. They were very nice and personable. Every interaction with this company has been nothing short of amazing. A+++***Update***Needed a service on my aging HVAC system. Mike and Justin were competent and time-efficient. They were friendly but focused, resulting in real help that could have been overcharged easily. But these two were honest -- as were the other South End plumbers we worked with a couple of years ago. South End has earned our strongest endorsement, and Mike & Justin are our faves now!

To say that Brian Wilson and the young gentleman who came today to install my washing machine drain pan were great is an understatement. They were ready to start work before the time scheduled which is unheard of and they were awesome. Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful.
