Best Water Piping Repair in Charlotte NC

Well its a sunday morning of course...... having a water backing up issue , so i googled local plumbers and i found Julians Plumbing. I spoke with a great guy named Jason explained my problem he said he would come out asap or come out on monday morning whatever i wanted . i know bringing him out on a sunday would be more and he expalined this also. However after talking with my wife we agreed to fix it on a sunday...he called me back promptly and said he would be there within the Hour which he Was. He not only fixed the problem he took the time to explain what he was doing and what not for m,e to do in the future.., Jason did a Fantastic job and i would not only Use Him Again i would REFER HIM ALSO!!!!

I had a problem with the shower pressure valve for months. Finally decided to bite the bullet and call a plumber. It wasn’t cheap but it was fixed in a couple of hours by a very pleasant and helpful plumber and I can now move on to the next problem. Thank you Dave.

All hours installed our water heater about a year ago, the installation and professionalism was great. Recently we had an issue with the heater due to a manufacture error. Upon hearing the problem All Hours managed to find the part and come over to fix it very quickly. Knowing this was a manufacture issue they treated us very well and gave us an amazing deal. Highly recommend and will be using them anytime we have a plumbing issue as we feel they are respectful with honest prices.

labor rate is $147.00 per hour. a bit steep imo.

Garrett resolved a leaking toilet issue under warranty without any question. Explained what he had done very clearly and urged that I call again if I have any problems. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Have previously used ER Plumbing. Every technician and every service has been 5 star. Congratulations to a well run service company.Garrett returned 8/17/20 and made 3 separate repairs. Very pleased when I realized it was Garrett again. He is the best!!!

The technician was really nice and did a good job. It was more expensive than I anticipated and took a lot longer than it should have. He arrived at my house at 10:30am and left at 11pm. A lot of back and forth for parts for hours at a time. I don’t think it was his fault but I as not the best experience for us.

Had a plumbing issue that most other Companies had high rates to fix, and had a long waiting list. Clog Busterz put me on the schedule right away for the same day, stayed in contact, and had a much lower price.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

Brannon was our service technician. He arrived on time and completed our repair in a very timely fashion. He was very professional and friendly. he even offered to inspect our water heater as a courtesy while he was here. We will definitely use this company again

Charged $65 to come out and wasn’t very helpful. Then, sent a ridiculously high quote. Had no choice but to forfeit the $65 to avoid paying thousands more for simple services. Invoice # was 778

My grandparents speaks little to no english and they are elderly so often I have to call around for a contractor to help them. It seems that no one answers their phones. I get that my cell number is from out of state but I do leave a voicemail and still I never hear back right away. I called South End Plumbing and they answered my call!!!!!! My grandparents didn't have any hot water so they needed a plumber out right away. South End came out to their home and got it fixed that same day. The price was very reasonable but what's more important is time, time is money. They were very happy so I am happy. Keep up the great work! Thank you!

Whew! Dustin came out on a Sunday evening at 5pm and stayed until 9pm. He responded to my call immediately! He was thorough in tracking down the problem, and did several checks afterwards to make sure the problem was fixed. I cannot say enough about this honest, reliable guy and I highly recommend him!
