2nd time I have used as company, very responsive and they have fair prices. Thhey will usually give you worse case estimate and if things aren't as severe as originally thought then you will only be charged accordingly. No price gouging, on time, professional service, and very knowledgeable!

I used Arc for the renovation of a restaurant. They were nice guys but the lack of responsiveness and not showing up for work deserves even less than 1 star. I have built a lot of commercial properties, both remodeling and new construction and so I know how things are normally delayed and people are just doing their best to get things done with a certain amount of delay being normal. Arc had zero regard for timelines or for keeping to their word or about even responding. Afterwards we even found a few things they said they did and charged for but actually didn't and i had to pay another company to come out and fix it. The GC I used said that he had worked with Arc in the past but never seem them do such a bad job. This company was absolutely horrible, would never use them again.
