I received STELLAR service from Mr. Rooter for detailed plumbing work that was required in my home. The work that was needed was not simple and the entire team showed their skills, promptness, and professionalism at all times during the work. Matthew, Ryan, Darryl, David and company kept my family and I informed and explained what was needed thoroughly from start to finish. Apologies for anyone's name that I have not included. Great work !

He was a very friendly individual that, explained the whole process and why it was needed, offered suggestions on how to avoid serious problems later, installed the equipment in a way that was superior to the original installation, and cleaned up the work area in a professional manner. Two thumbs up!

We had Reid come out to the house twice to work on some heating issues. He was extremely friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Reid went the extra mile that I am not sure other companies would do. He also explained what he was doing, why he was doing it and even showed me what he was doing.

John at pathmaker plumbing did great work in replacing a leaky faucet and an old rusty garbage disposal unit under my kitchen sink. Very professional and friendly. I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

We had roots growing in our sewer Cleanout, which caused a backup in our house. Another company had quoted us over $4000 for the repair. We asked Service Pro to come out and give us a quote on the repair. Service Pro found the problem, determined it was a minor inexpensive repair, and fixed it on the spot. We are Service Pro customers for life!

The office informed me that before work began I would know the what it would cost to fix. None of that information was provided. On top of that the bill is way over the top. At almost 250$ an hour. The truck should show up with all parts ready to go. This was a minor fix $10 parts to fix. And of coarse the truck didn't have the part. Another hour of time for not being a good company that has parts. The final bill wasnear $650. In total I needed 4 couplings and two pieces of pipe a foot each. Should have taken less than 30 min to fix. This company is a rip off. I do not recommend this company to anybody
