We had a leak in the garbage disposal which could not be fixed. Nas located a replacement quickly and returned to install it very shortly. Nas was knowledgeable and professional and did an excellent job! I will use Queen City again.

Larry did a great job clearing our washing machine drain. He used a mask and gloves for covid precautions. Larry was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. I have used Rapid-Rooter many times. They are great with communicating service expectations and appointment arrival. They are always my first call for my plumbing needs.

Called All Hours Plumbing late on a Saturday afternoon for a leak in the hot water pipe from the water heater and Eric arrived within a half hour! Professional with uniform, truck and tools. He was very familiar with this type of leak, replaced the pipe with new pex piping, and was finished within an hour for what was a very fair price. Not only was this the only company who could send someone out immediately (out of ten or more calls), but they had experience with this CPI Dura-Pex problem and explain it on their website. We are pleased to add to their Excellent reviews—Highest recommendation to this plumber!

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. Installed over oven microwave

I called them 2 weeks ago with a need (leaking from unknown kitchen spit) and was told someone would come on Monday. They never did. I called and was told the person didn’t write a time down but they had my info (a call would have been great then!). Also told someone would call btwn 9-10 on Tuesday. No call. I called at 11:30 and the lady was very short and said “let me call you back I need to see how he’s scheduling his day.” Odd since I figured your office staff made the schedules. And guess what? I didn’t get a call back until yesterday. That was 1.5 weeks later. The message was “call us back; we have a service man for you.” No apology. No explanation for the 1.5 weeks silence. Do better. I ended up having another plumber coke and help id the leak. Do better.

Great company to do business with. The team is always punctual and knowledgable on plumbing issues. We moved into a new house in Georgetown and needed the clothes washing machine faucets replaced. Burl gave us quick scheduling and sent out Sam who was polite, courteous and did very good work. You cannot go wrong with Burl's Plumbing!

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
