Edward from Wyatt Works was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took the time to carefully examine the best placement and explain our options for the installation of a new outdoor spigot. He was efficient and did excellent work. I'd definitely recommend Wyatt Works and Edward!

Scott showed up early which was great. He was extremely thorough, checking multiple areas (shower, tub, hot water heaters, toilet, water pressure, etc.) to identify where the leak was that was showing up in my breakfast area ceiling.

He did not try to upsell me but did provide some information on areas that I may want to consider in the future. He took the time to explain several options as well as their philosophy.

He also gave me some advice on how to cover the stain in the ceiling temporarily since I am having a major event in a few weeks and did not want to undertake a major project which could be disruptive to the area.

Very approachable and a real delight to chat with!

They did a great job, a beautiful installation, very professional, and had me up and running in an hour and a half on black friday. Will definitely hire them again for all my plumbing needs. After calling around for a water heater replacement and just given the run around from other local company’s Charlotte plumbing repair was able to give me a quote with just a few pics and a couple questions and came in way below other prices I was given. I can't say enough about South End Plumbing. Our shower handle broke at 11pm and we weren't able to shut it off. Called a different plumber that promised to arrive by 4am. They called at 3am saying they could not locate a plumber ugh. Called South End and Bobby arrived within the hour! He did amazing work, was honest and trustworthy and felt like one of the family. South End will be our go to for plumbing from now on.

I was told that Chris would be a great plumber to work with and that he's an honest contractor and I couldn't agree more.
