Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

Bliss plumbing provides timely service and excellent customer communication. The work was just as I expected to install my new dishwasher. As a very particular consumer I would certainly recommend them.

I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. We had one of their electricians come to our home because some of our rooms were getting no power, When the electrician arrived to my house, he asked to go directly to the breaker box, not once checked any of the receptacles in the house, he didn’t check anything in the house. My wife was inside in the living room, she noticed where the power kept flickering on and off from the electrician messing around with the breaker box, My wife noticed that the house was on fire and ran to tell the electrician which was still outside at the breaker box. The negligence of one of the companies electricians left me and my family displaced. I really wish I could leave a lower score.

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. Had to use zoom drain a few months ago on an emergency clogged drain. They came in and unclogged the drain. They were on-time as well. Just poor value. Just wanted to sell me on a maintenance plan. Despite a much larger problem. The drain was unclogged for a week and then stopped back up. They also charged an outrageous amount to locate my main sewer drain and place flags in the yard.

Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!

I had an 80 gal residential water heater spring a leak on a Saturday morning. I received a few different quotes, but no option for weekend repair. I contacted E & E Monday morning and they were able to find a unit and repair the same day. Workers had great dispositions and work quality. They took the extra steps to install things properly and were also willing to correct a couple of other faucet issues while here. Highly recommended!!

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.
