Best Plumbing Service Area in Charlotte NC

I looked on Google for a plumber for my kitchen sink that was completely clogged. I had tried multiple methods to no avail. I took a chance on Julian’s plumbing and I am glad that I did. Although the job was pricey, ( to no fault of theirs, my pipes were really clogged which required a heavy duty snake) the customer service was well worth the price. They were fast, efficient, and more importantly honest! As a female I am always leery of people trying to play me and I did not feel that way at all. The gentleman explained the what, where’s and why’s without me even asking. That shows true character. Thank you fellas. I will definitely recommend you all.

Justin really took the time to throughly evaluate our issues and presented multiple strategies (with their pros and cons) and the pricing considerations of each.

On the day of our gas line install both Justin and Gerson did a great job, tapping the gas line on our roof and running a line through our ceiling, and into our walls and down to the kitchen. They effectively dealt with unknown issues as they popped up.

Throughout, everyone was kind and respectful of our home.

I can’t wait to hook up our new gas stove!!!

I was buying a house and my realtor recommended a plumber, they were rude and I felt VERY overpriced and I didn’t trust their estimate. I then searched Google Maps and found Toliny Plumbing and Electric. One selling point was the number of good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did!

Tony came to my home, evaluated the situation, I needed the entire house re-piped as well as a pressure booster (which I pretty much knew from the crook. Lol), but the estimate Toliny P&E gave was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! Almost half the cost! Needless to say I went ahead with the work.

I also can’t stress enough how good it is to have someone who does two trades in one visit! Often you’ll need electrical work done and to not need a second hand in your pocket saves a lot of money.

Important to note, they don’t take shortcuts in this company. If you’re looking for a “quick-fix”, or something just to get by, don’t call them. They would sooner walk away from a job if you’re not looking to have it done right. They don’t want an unhappy customer or to do less than a quality job that won’t last (and thusly reflect badly on the company). I don’t know code, but they do, so when I suggested my ideas on fixes, they explained why it was not the right way, and what the correct way to do it was.

In the end, I can take a nice hot shower now, with reasonable water pressure! I know the work was done right and I have a the confidence that I should be set for many years! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical work needed and I will be using them again if a need arises.

I needed a garbage disposal replaced and issues with a leaking pipe from a shower. Daniel, the plumber from Carolina Plumbing Pros that installed the new garbage disposal and checked the piping was very helpful, insightful, and very personable. Kody arrived within the specified time to give us an assessment and estimate for the replacement of a leaking PRV valve in the garage. He didn't have the part with him but returned promptly the next morning to do the job. He was very professional and courteous and completed the repairs on time.
