I found myself a new plumber today. Called at 6:50 am with shower leak. Jason got here at 8, charged exactly what he said over the phone. Very reasonable. Thank you JP!

2/23/22 - Sooooo, I held on to my fridge magnet for Julian's Plumbing from 2017 when they came out for repair. Glad I did! Had leaky shower valve this morning & Julian's was out within 3 hrs. from when I called.
Just as professional and punctual as before. This guy knows his stuff.

I called this afternoon and left a message about an issue with our garbage disposal. I received a call back within 10 minutes and was told someone could be there later this afternoon. I got a call when Chad, the plumber, was on his way. Chad arrived, took a look and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. It was fantastic! He was very nice and professional. We are very satisfied with the whole experience and would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I am very pleased with option one. They have done multiple projects for me at my home. Their technician Christopher has always been very professional and does great work. Recently he removed old cast iron piping underneath my house and replaced it with all new PVC piping as well as installing a new 2 way clean out. I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them for future projects.

Tosi the representative came in and fixed problem. Very polite and showed me what my people were doing to cause the problem. He also gave me advise on how to stop it from constantly happening.

John #63 was very helpful today in fixing our leaking roof drain pipe! He was extremely professional and friendly!

Mr John Raymond , was awesome. He was on time, introduced hisself to me. He started working immediately. Explained to me what he was doing and how he replaced the part that was needed. He was kind and friendly. He also asked me did I know where my water cut off vale was. I wasn’t sure. He told me how important that it was for me to know that. He took time after he had finished the work he was there to do to show me where it was and what tooI I needed to use, and where I could purchase it. Thank you Mr Raymond , you was a blessing.

Tony was very polite in 3 respects, just to name a few for times sake. 1st - Politeness and Courtesy. Anthony made sure to analyze the nature of the water pipe and shower flow issue within fractions of a second and relay the information in an understandable way to a special education college student. I was able to feel comfortable enough to leave him to his work and felt very confident he would complete the detail in a timely manner. 2nd - Proficiency and Administrative Leadership Skills - Anthony was able to successfully communicate to the Property Owners which immediately financed the doing of the job. Lastly, Tony was able to be friendly enough, efficient enough, communicative enough, and ethically aware that I freely decided to recommend ten promotions immediately. I’ve been meaning to write this review for a while. Ritchie plumbing is definitely a 5 star business. Jon has done several plumbing projects for us over the past year and installed a gas line for a cooktop range. He responds quickly, has fair pricing, and does excellent work. Give them a call!

I can't say enough about McCoy Plumbing. They were extremely kind, patient and helpful. We had a major sewer line repair and we really couldn't have asked for someone better to do the job. I highly recommend their work.

Great guy saved me a lot

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Bryan Duckett, their representative Is one of the nicest people you are ever likely to meet. In addition, he is a superb and highly efficient plumber. What more can you ask?

I discovered that my old water heater was leaking late Wednesday afternoon, and Thursday morning by 11 o’clock my water heater had been replaced. Joe was great to work with and answered all of my questions. When I was concerned that there was further issue, and a leak, the company dispatched Brian within hours of me calling to take a look. He answered all of my questions and put my mind at ease. This was the first time I had worked with I will certainly work with them again..

I've been searching for an honest plumber for over a month. Finally, my neighbor came to the rescue and recommended Drains R Us. Even though they're based in Huntersville, they were out to my Charlotte address within 3 hours of my call. Kevin was the technician I worked with. He was fair, honest, punctual and upfront about prices. He even provided a few do it yourself suggestions to help me save money. Save yourself some time and call these guys first.

The guy that came out was very perfessional. He assessed thoroughly to figure out the problem. He explained the problem to me and fixed it.

They helped me on the same day of my call. They came out during the evening time so I didn't have to call out from work. And the price was very reasonable. The customer service was a 10. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Tim Breault and his staff are great people and my go to plumbers, every time I have needed his help he has always been quick and efficient to respond and correct the problem at a fair price. They are professional, prompt and always discuss the issue and pricing before correcting the issue, I have also recommended him to many of my customers over the years and have always received positive feedback. Found them on Angie's List and they were here within a couple of hours on a Saturday. They fixed an emergency leak quickly and professionally and the price was great. So happy to have found a plumber!

Terrible experience! Do not show up for day and time scheduled, do to return any phone calls, office is usually staffed by voicemail. Totally undependable and unprofessional!

Excellent overall customer service by Ward Plumbing. Was very impressed by the quality work done by Gary’s (great guy) son Jared & his right hand man, William (aka Chalky). Jared & Chalky not only went above & beyond in regards to the superb skills in dealing with a complex water heater issue but also couldn’t have been more personable, polite, and patient in doing the job the right way. You could tell they obviously care greatly about giving the best possible service at the best possible price. Ward Plumbing is the way to go!!!
