They were hear within and hour and half of my call, fixed the leak in my crawl space in no time and referred me to a restoration company to fix the water damage that called me within 15 minutes to set an appointment for a free evaluation! Great experience and highly recommend. Called Charlotte Plumbing for an issue that came up with my shower fixture overnight. After a few questions, was quoted a price and offered same day service. Matt arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and confirmed the same issue I discussed with the scheduler. The work was completed and I was charged the amount quoted. Matt was courteous, polite, and left the house clean. Will definitely use them in the future if needed and recommend as well. Great job all around!

We had a major drain that rusted out. We had several estimates & were not satisfied w/the companies that we interviewed with until Matthew from Mr Rooter gave us his estimate. He was an answer to prayer. It was a major job requiring a good portion of a 750 sq foot room on a concrete slab had to be jack hammered thru & lines replaced. We thought our home was going to be wrecked. Brad Graham and his co-worker John were awesome. Hard consistent workers. Very respectful of our family & our home. Those 2 did an excellent job and when they finished you could hardly tell that our home had been thru an extensive plumbing job. They put everything back together almost as good as when they started th job. Mr. Rooter’s prices r reasonable and they really do make pleasing the customer their priority. Thank you all so much William, Matthew,Brad & John. You were all a God send. I pray that God blesses ur business abundantly.

Was on time and done very quickly changing my hotwater tank. Plumber was helpful and knowledgeable.

We had a backed up kitchen sink during the weeked and called Roto-Rooter out to fix it. Daniel got here on time, was very friendly and courteous. Explained everything very well and in detail. Overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Brandon was right on time for the estimate and Jason was the same for install. They communicated what was happening every step of the way. They did a fantastic job of making what was a chaotic, at best, and dangerous at worse, gas and water situation for a condo hot water tank efficient and professional. Jason worked tirelessly the entire time he was here.

John and Jimbo installed a free standing tub and faucet for me during my master bath reno. Good quality work and personable. Reasonable pricing.

Reid Jordan from DR Jordan plumbing promptly came out and quickly successfully dewinterized the irrigation system. When I started the irrigation system after he'd left one of the sprinkler heads in an area-3 zone was defective and blew off. I called him back and he said although he didn't work on sprinkler systems he'd come out and see if he could fix it without charge based on an on-the-spot exam. He showed up promptly and diagnosed the problem: a broken sprinkler head. He then gave me a number to call for irrigation service and replacement of the broken head. In summary, I can't even imagine how the service could have possibly been any better. He's definitely my Number-1 guy the next time I need plumbing service!

Adonis came to thejob prepared and fixed the problem. He is a very personable worker. I would recommend this company again to anyone.

I run a restaurant in a 100 year old building that has perpetual plumbing needs and the crew at Clog Busterz has always been prompt and efficient! David is the best and has helped us on numerous occasions from toilets, to sinks and pipes! When I had an issue at my house with a shower handle that was stripped and the water would not turn off (don't ask my husband how that happened, LOL) I thought to call Clog Busterz first. I was texting Roco late on a Thursday night and she had David out by 8 am the next morning. All fixed by 915 am! I learned two things from this experience...1)DON'T LET HUBBY FIX PLUMBING 2) Clog Busterz is the place to call for your plumbing needs. The customer service is beyond. Thank you, David for a working shower and thank you Roco for always being so helpful in times of plumbing distress! :)

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

We asked Mr. Ward to come out and give us a price on a new water heater. He charged us $185 simply to come out to assess it. He gave us a price of approximately $1900. We had another reputable company come out and perform the same service for $1300 . Mr. Ward is a very nice man but his cost was not reflective of anything near the service we required.

In my experience with my business and home these guys are always timely, polite and honest. They also do great work. I would recommend them for any job.

MD has been great with us. We needed an estimate done. We had alot of companies come out to give us insight. It was a great learning experience for myself. MD was the only company that answered the phone, had a tech come out that day, and have us the quote within the next business day. Alot of the other local companies dragged with one or if not all of these. Some places took almost 2 weeks to get us the estimate. These guys work quick! At the end of the day Ron also gave us the most information. He was awesome to work with. I'm excited to work with them in the future with some other projects I have in the pipe line. No pun intended lol. Thanks guys!!

Highly recommended! Checked on a possible drain/pipe issue which turned out to be a poor design of the sink - simple education to us for no charge. Fixed a leaking toilet and corrected the original install so won’t happen again. Very courteous and happy to have them available for when something bad happens.
