Paul was phenomenal!!!!! It was hard for us to find someone that we trusted with our custom home. But Paul was absolute fantastic, brilliant, efficient and we are beyond happy with his work.

Mike Buckley was very professional and so knowledgeable ! We had a severe problem that a previous plumber was not able to diagnose. That is why my husband called Ben Franklin Plumbing , because the Yellow Page ad said all repairs guaranteed for 2 years and 100% customer satisfaction. Let me tell you we were !000% satisfied ! Mike was so nice and truly helpful as well as a great plumber.

We just finished having a pressure reduction valve placed on my home system by a Charlotte Plumbing technician named 7R and so far have been extremely pleased with every aspect of the job, from start to finish, including pricing.
7R arrived early, which was good for my schedule, assessed the work to be done and went right to work. 7R was professional and was not in a hurry to finish and did a great job.
We are in the processes of having a master bath remodel and plan to get a quote from them based on this experience.

they will not give a price quote over the phone, which means they will more than likely charge way more than the other companies. tucker plumbing in Charlotte NC on rocky river road gave me a quote for $125 over the phone to snake my one bathroom sink drain. roto rutor REFUSED to give me even a rough estimate on a pipe snake procedure. what a crock. I would NOT recommend this company!

We were very happy with our experience with D R Jordan plumbing. We had a major issue with water backing up in our sewer lines which was causing the water to come up through the drains and not drain properly. We were so happy when Reid called and said he could fit us into his busy schedule. Reid’s price point was better to than the pricing compared to some of the bigger companies. He fixed our issue with minimal effort. Thank you very much for the great experience. Would definitely recommend this company if plumbing is needed.

Called on Friday afternoon to replace leaking toilet...came out and were totally professional and the price was GREAT!

On Sunday, I called to schedule an appointment and confirm that a plumber would come out on Monday. Previously, I had called a different plumbing service, but they arrived late and gave me the runaround. The plumber from Expart Charlotte Plumber showed up on time, and he was both friendly and efficient. After assessing the situation, he quickly unclogged the drain and restored full functionality to the sink. He did not overcharge me and I tipped him generously because of his promptness. If anyone needs a plumber, they should definitely call this business. Now I understand why so many people have given them 5 stars.

We had a leak in our irrigation system--water was pouring out of valve in our front yard. To make things worse, we could not get our water turned off, and our yard and neighbor's driveway were quickly being flooded. I called around to several emergency plumbing services, but nobody could come out for several hours. Finally, I found Payless Plumber. They had a technician at our house in a matter of minutes. He not only turned the water off but also fixed the problem with our irrigation system, which other plumbers we talked with had not been able to do. And all for a very reasonable price. We will absolutely use Payless Plumbers for any future issues and plan to recommend them highly to our friends.
