Best Main Water Supply in Charlotte NC
Got quoted on 5/11, service scheduled for 5/13. Plumber had to leave early on 5/13 due to family emergency, which is understandable. Came back on 5/16 and worked all day but couldn't finish because he didn't have all the parts he needed because of a truck swap; said he'd come back 5/17 @ 8:30am. As of 10am he's still not here and not answering his phone. Three trips and unresponsive for a simple job? C'mon now, had high hopes because of the glowing reviews.
Edit: They went the extra mile to make it right.

Thank you to Brett and Eric for fantastic customer serve and response time. Brett was able to find a replacement water heater during this time of shortages and install within 4 hours of our call and on a Monday! They communicated the process so we knew what to expect and left everything virtually spotless. We had a garbage disposer call just the week before and 5 stars for Johnny on that call. Brett, love your team. Thank you.

This was the FIRST professional plumber I’ve ever contacted since owning my home. After the plumber identified what he thought the problem could be, I was told that if I didn’t accept the service (replace the toilet wax), that it would be $150 since he told me that “It’s probably the wax”.He said if I paid for the service then he would waive the travel fee.So I paid $330 dollar to change the toilet wax; no travel fee included.I called the company today, because the price is way higher than any estimate that I could find for the same service. The company said that there was NO $150 travel fee - which is the ONLY reason I paid $330 to change the wax. I can’t afford to pay $150 for someone to say they “think” It may be the toilet wax, while never even going into the crawl space to check for water being the culprit of the musky smell indoors.I was serviced by Caleb Sadler and would not refer him to anyone knowing that he’s manipulating customers to over pay by several hundred dollars. My baby died in January. I quit my job. I’m 100% disabled. I have a mental disorder that impairs judgement.I was looking for someone to help me, not take advantage of me.

I have dealt with many contractors that have performed maintenance and repairs on my home. Many are good, some are average and a few have not done well at all. I rarely write a review, yet the high quality of work and service I have consistently received from All About the Pipes Plumbing warrants a little effort on my part to let others know what great work they do. From small jobs to a large repair they have been professional in terms of their assessment of the issue, proposed remedy, execution of the work and a fair price. From Mary Geiger in the office, to Chris and Dustin in the field, they are a first class company. I encourage others needing plumbing repairs to utilize their services as they have earned their accolades from me and I consider them a trusted contractor that I feel confident in taking care of my home.

They were a no show for the delivery window. I didn’t even receive a phone call. When I finally called they rescheduled me for next day. We’ve had no hot water for 3 days. The customer service and communication has been awful!

ACC Plumbing did a fantastic job for me installing a gas line to my new fire pit. Brian Thompson was professional, on time and VERY communicative. His pricing was also very competitive. Its not often you find a service provider that you would enthusiastically recommend but I found one in Brian and ACC Plumbing. 5 stars!!!

I called clog busters on Friday evening at 6pm. They were at my door at 9am on Saturday and finished the job by 11:30. Both men were incredibly kind and professional. My water heater was in a small, cramped crawl space that was very damp. They went above and beyond to ensure the heater above water level and dry. They also managed to do all of this for $800 less than roto rooter had quoted me the day before. When I have plumbing issues I'm calling these guys and I'd advise you to do the same.
