I have used IRV several times in the past (3 times to be exact) and I will continue to hire them for all my plumbing & electrical needs.William & his team are always on time, provide excellent customer service, and are extremely thorough.They always provide options along with their recommendations and reasoning so I can make an informed decision on how best to fix the problem.My most recent need was to replace an old water heater. They arrived on time, completed a proper thorough inspection of the water heater, and presented me with options based on different levels of service and types of water heaters. The IRV team had a gas water heater in stock and was able to install it the same day. The water heater works great and I am extremely pleased with IRV.I will continue to use IRV Plumbing & Electrical in the future and I would highly recommend IRV to anyone.

I called ER plumbing to fix a toilet that was not installed correctly by a different plumber who refused to come back to fix their mistake. This company understands the importance of great customer service. Jeff was very knowledgable, professional, and explained everything he was doing to fix the issue. There were no hidden fees, I paid exactly what I was quoted. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs in the future.

Plumber ( Kevin) installed new sewer line from kitchen and connected to existing in front yard. During installation the soil was not compacted correctly causing is to settle and sink over a foot. This sinking and settling has caused the newly installed drain line to belly and bend in over 6 inches causing failure in the near future. This also has created a negative slope and water sitting in th brand new section of pipe. Kevin promised to come out but it has bee over 10 days without resolution.... Finally after submitting a BBB complaint Kevin came out to inspect. He agreed is like is bowed or has standing water he will fix it. After inspecting the line with a camera it showed water standing in a 10 foot span (breeding mosquitos and drain flies) and vertical cleanout bowing.
( this line is brand new and 3 weeks old and already failing....) Kevin will not stand behind his warranty or agreed uptown terms. Proceeding with legal to recoup cost and damages. Stay away from this business and it's flawed work and customer service.

I had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a good bit of damage and flowed to my downstairs. These guys were prompt, professional and did a very good job!
