Queen City answered my call this morning and had two technicians at my house within 90 minutes. The technicians, Vinton and Caleb, were young smart professionals and such a pleasure to work with. I had an air conditioner drain stack issue which was solved in no time. I highly recommend this company!

Great service! I called at 10am and tech showed up at 2pm. Matt totally took care of me. I had a leaking kitchen faucet on New Year's Eve that he replaced. He also fixed 2 toilets that were giving me trouble.

We discovered a water leak under our hardwood floors at late in the afternoon. Our restoration company’s initial assessment suggested having a plumber come out to locate the source of the leak {toilet? supply line?} to halt the flow of water. At 4:48pm.

By 5:53p we had confirmation a technician from Mr. Rooter would arrive that evening. Matthew was amazing, knowledgeable, personable, and thorough. Call them!

Casey done a outstanding job repair the leak. I was a little nervous trying to find a plumber but I have to say I usually don’t post. I give these company five (5) stars and a military salute.

We had a great experience with this company. The technician name was Duane smith and he was very helpful with any questions or issue he had. They were fast in sending a technician out to see what the problem was and it is greatly appreciated.

They arrived promptly. The main water line to my house burst, so now there's no running water. They were very expert and provided me with several viable options along with detailed explanations of the benefits and drawbacks of each. They completed the job quickly, and I would hire Expart Charlotte again.

South End completed a whole house project as well as 2 smaller jobs for us. Quality work and employees were great to work with.

I have had Presidential pluming out to my house 3 times now for different reasons. One they came out to detect a leak, two replace all of the toilets in my house, and now to change the garbage disposal and snake 2 sinks and 2 tubs and they are hands down 5 star service!! Joe in particular is very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and just all around good dude you would want to have a beer with! Lastly all of the times I have called they have been out to service super fast and the communication leading up to and following is impeccable. If you are searching for a plumber look no more. I will not use another plumbing service, EVER!

I used this company to repair a corner post of siding where it was cracked and broken. Mr. Lawrence Hall was the representative of the company that came out and did an exceptional job for me. Mr. Hall was very professional and his knowledge and skill set was superb. Mr. Hall explained the process very well and did an amazing job! Eldon and Griffin spent the day here yesterday replacing my hot water heater and installing some additional plumbing for a new sink. They were amazing -- friendly, professional, tidy -- I can't come up with enough adjectives! Definitely give them a call -- I won't be using anyone else in the future!!
