When he came into my home I felt like we were friends prior to meeting our conversation on the phone was really great very polite not only did he repair the washer he did give me some helpful tip about why this happened, Before he left It was like we were family so thank you so much Jeff and Queen city plumbing I will refer you guy to the worldP.S. We have a large outdoor entertainment area we added to our backyard ( including 3 gas fed sources). Most of the work was done by us, but we hired Mr. Rooter to run all the gas lines and connect them once the project was completed. They came here multiple times during the phases of the project. They were very quick to get us scheduled and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would most certainly recommend William and Laszlo for any of your gas line work.

Dave and AAA City were great. This was our second time using AAA City, and both times have been 5 star. Dave promptly discovered and fixed the leak in our basement wall as needed, and all was completed at a fair price. Dispatch person (forgot her name) was also super helpful and friendly, and got a plumber to us ASAP.

John Bird was our tech and did a fantastic job. Very friendly and knowledgeable and will have them handle our plumbing needs going forward.

We live in the South Charlotte area and realized we had to contact a plumber for a water heater replacement. We called Brett with All Hours Plumbing to get a quote. Brett and Eric came out and were both extremely professional and friendly. We purchased a new tankless water heater and the installation went great. We have been very happy with our new purchase and would strongly recommend this plumbing company.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

We recently had a whole house repipe completed by Slava and he did a fantastic job. He took time to explain how they would install each section of pipe, and most importantly, took great care to minimize the cuts in my existing walls. All of the other plumbers who looked at this project wanted to make much larger cuts in the walls as well as my downstairs ceilings. Slava came up with a way to route the upstairs pipes that eliminated the need for any ceiling cuts. They also had the most competitive pricing and actually charged us less than the initial quotation at the completion of the project. His wife Rocco is extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Shady billing practices and showed up late both times that they came out. Make sure that you get them to write everything that they say on the invoice, or you'll end up with an extra hole in the floor and a he said/she said about whether them fixing the hole that they made (and said they'd have a dry wall guy out to fix) was included or not. On top of the hole and essentially overpaying since I agreed to a higher price assuming they'd fix everything, my home warranty company wasn't made aware of some of the charges and is currently investigating.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.

Can't say enough great things about this company.. they made time to fit me in and found and repaired two internal house leaks in under an hour... another company had been out tore out walls and still the leak wasn't repaired....Ward plumbing has very fair prices too. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

Our water heater was leaking. They came out and replaced the traditional tank with a new tankless heater and had the job done and cleaned up within 24 hours.
