I had a great response from Julian's plumbing. After discovering a wet spot in my front yard, they were the first available to come and investigate the problem. I did some investigative digging and was able to find the leak. They showed up and rather than charge me for a little repair, they gave me advice on how to fix the issue and even gave me a cap, glue, and cleaner for the broken pipe. Very helpful and honest people.

Queen City Plumbing needs to check their ethics and standard practices based on my experience with them. I had a friendly technician come out, but upon his arrival, he informed me that there was a minimum of $550 charge to work with a natural gas line, when all I was asking for was a connection of a gas grill to gas line line that was already installed and ready for connection. The fact that they did not communicate this minimum charge when I scheduled the appointment is poor practice…. I immediately called the company and spoke to a manager, who tried to tell me the cost of the job was in fact $550, however, he had no idea of what the job entailed. I sent pictures and after seeing the photos he said he would investigate why the “quote” was so high because he then realized something was wrong, but he assured me there was no minimum charge and that the technician had communicated incorrectly. I followed back up with the technician who told me that he in fact had been instructed not to do the job for any less than $550, even though he thinks the charge should be much much less… the manager finally came back to me with a shady explanation as to why the connection would in fact cost $550, which was simply a CYA explanation… bottom line, this company doesn’t appear to operate with much ethics and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Finally! A plumbing company in Charlotte that actually cares about their customers. Mr. Rooter has been here three times fixing contractor level work from the builder in a house that's only 7 years old. We upgraded all three toilets and a garbage disposal. Each visit, William has taken the time to educate us on preventative maintenance to avoid any potential problems in the future, all while training his helpers to do it the right way the first time. Clean, affordable, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Way to go Mr. Rooter!

I just have to say that Shawn P is awesome. He helped diagnose and unclog a drain that we have been having a problem with for a while. We had another company come out previously to fix it and they only angered the toilet and said we were good to go. Shawn knew right off the bat that the auger wasn’t going to work. Our home is part of a development built in 2013 that isn’t exactly composed of quality materials, and he scratched his head at our plumbing system. Even though our system is totally backwards, Shawn knew exactly what to look for, where to find it, and how to fix it. On top of that, he was so nice, and super helpful and explanative. He had a huge heart for our dog as well, which we love! Shawn also would not come into our house unless he had the shoe booties on, which is so awesome and thoughtful. AND he offered to clean up the very small amount of water that came out of the toilet during the process. He really is super awesome all around. We will definitely be using City Plumbing for any needs in the future, hopefully Shawn will be on call! Thank you so much for helping us!!

John Bird reamed out our washer drain pipe and also gave us some great advice. He was on time and professional. We’ll definitely be calling Rapid Rooter again for plumbing needs.

I called Brett on a Thursday afternoon to get an estimate on replacing a leaking water heater. He walked me through the estimate and options and was 25% less than others. Then he said I will be there tomorrow and have it done before noon. It was done by 11:30 with very good quality. He walked me thru what he had done and how to operate. A Class service and value.

I called them and gave them my name and number and they never called me back.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Called about a problem with 220 circuit and they made time the very next morning before a scheduled job to stop by and check it out. Circuit working again but stayed about half an hour checking it out - no charge. Love Toliny - would recommend to all.

Called Drew with King plumbing for toilet replacement. Called back same day and after sending some pictures got an estimate and install date. Arrived promptly and performed all services better than expected.

It is very rare that I would need to write a negative review. Quite frankly, if I could give a zero rating I would. This company should not be anyone's first choice. You will have to deal with dishonest and discourteous personnel. They operate, in all aspects of the job, to what is convenient to them.
Customer service is not their strong suit so if your time is valuable to you, find a more customer friendly company (who thinks of the customers concerns, before their own, first).

They called this morning to schedule a more specific time and were able to come out much earler than initially scheduled! Kelly was professional but personal. He immediately suggested replacing the garbage disposal without hesitation and admitted to having to fix the work of other less professional companies when asked. I was very pleased with him and the overall experience from the company. Hopefully it won't break in two weeks like the last one....from a different plumbing company! Thank you for fixing the problem created by another!
