They had replaced the well pump. This is a follow up on work That had been done before. They were out here almost immediately. I want to thank the woman in the office when I called… I was probably hysterical and she was calming! She took charge and had a plan! Jason Charles was the Technician who knew what to do! Very professional and pleasant. I feel like he is a friend!!

I had two different experiences with Mr. Rooter the outcome of both were excellent and exceptional.

Both technicians, Mr. Peter Laslo and Mr. Mathew Smith were experts and impressive on their knowledge of working with gas lines etc. They explained everything they did in very simple terms so I could understand what was done.

I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing. I feel safer knowing they handled my needs.

AAA City Plumbing was responsive and communicated with me every step of the process. They sent a text with a picture of who would be showing up to my house for the service. They were very flexible with my schedule. The technician showed up on time and called while they were on their way. They did the job, accurately, and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them if I’m asked who a reputable plumbing company is.

T.J. Kiker was right on time, understood the issue, clearly stated what needed to happen and how much it would cost. In addition, he made suggestions on minimizing the issue in the future. Five stars!

All Hours Plumbing deserves more than 5 stars. Im not a review good or bad kind of person but I have to give Brett and his guys a pat on their backs. Hot water heater went out at 10am Thurs morning, by 12:30 that afternoon Johnny was out to diagnose the problem and give me a quote to replace my 15 year old water heater. I called Thurs evening to let them know I wanted to ahead with the replacement and they had it replaced with all new tank,piping,fittings etc by 11am on Friday. Very impressive,professional,fast, and competent company and staff. THANKS AGAIN ALL HOURS PLUMBING.?????

I was referred to All About the Pipes by dozens of local families on a community facebook page and could not have been more pleased. They were prompt in coming out, quickly diagnosed a problem we had experienced for 2 years (and previous plumbers missed), and fixed the issue. Our technician even went above and beyond putting in a safety strap on part of the water heater where one was previously missing just because he noticed it wasn't there. Will absolutely be a repeat customer and happily refer others in the future.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

I had some water hammering going on in the master bath. After scanning the internet for plumbers in the area, I found Burl's plumbing. These guys are really awesome, they were neat, efficient and did not try to up sale me. I have nothing but glowing reviews for these guys and Burl himself came out to make sure we were fully satisfied. These guys have my business!!

Had an issue where a section of the house was without power. After tripping the breaker and a few other things I seek more qualified electrical help. Good thing I did. This annoyance require a trip in to the attic and crawlspace to find the failure. Tony was absolutely awesome and he wasn't satisfied until he found what was the failure point. I will most definitely be using him again if further work is needed.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***

Mr. Ward and his team came out to install a new hot water heater, water softener, and a couple of outdoor spigots for us. Would highly recommend using them if you are looking to have quality work done. The owner and his guys were very respectful, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I really liked the fact that they seem to stand behind their work. Their prices were comparable with the prices of other companies we received.

I had an issue with our septic pump and King Plumbing was able to come out sooner than expected which was phenomenal. Clay and Travis did exceptional work and was very personable during their time here. I will definitely be continuing to use them for all future maintenance and repairs. I will highly recommend them to friends, family and anyone needing services. Thank you for all your help!

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

When you have a home warranty you don’t have a choice of what company you use. If you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I had a leak in my shower, dripping in my crawlspace so I called and Advanced Plumbing was assigned to my claim. I originally had an appointment on Monday from 11:00 to 3:00. No showed so I called twice and eventually spoke with Scott. He said there had been a medical emergency so we rescheduled for Friday morning at 8:30. At 8:45 I called to make sure they were coming. Scott was very rude… even threatened to not show up. Finally he agreed to come. When he arrived he continued to be rude and stated he would not preform the work unless he was paid up front. He threatened again to leave without doing the assigned job. I paid because he would not even wouldn’t even look at the problem without payment. After all I have waited 4 days patiently. He is the rudest person I think I have ever met!!! I have never been treated this way by anyone else who I hired to do a repair for me. I can’t believe how he treats his clients. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Scott is ANGRY and DANGEROUS MAN!!!! Please do not let him come to your home especially if you are a single female or a senior citizen. I was SCARED of him!! I have filed several complaints about this company with Home Warranty, BBB and also police. I’m sure nothing will come of this… it’s recorded. Let’s just hope he is not allowed to treat anyone else like he treated me. BEWARE !!!!
