John Raymond was my technician and he did a great job. He went above and beyond making sure everything was covered under my home warranty. He was enthusiastic about wanting to fix everything I needed. He also made sure I knew everything he was doing and actually taught me some simple things as he went. Ask for John! ER Plumbing Services came through when needed for my main sewer line back up. My service tech, actually service pro, was Robin. He was very knowledgeable in his work and very professional. Late day/evening on a Saturday I thought that I would not have much luck getting someone out to address my issue. I was wrong. When I called ER I scheduled a tech to come out they said no problem, we'll be there. They called ahead to let me know he was close. Robin showed up with a fully stocked van and had no problems clearing my drain line. Hope I don't need the service again but if I do ER Plumbing Service will be my 1st and only call.

Was having issue with my hot water heater. Duke power sent Dickerson Plumbing out. I checked the reviews once I now know who was coming and was very reluctant to go with them from what I read. I had talk with a very rude person already with Duke today I wasn't in the mood to chance another rude person. Repairman will be Joseph.
Well today Joseph Joe arrived on time. First impression everything to me. He was very professional, courtesy and knowledge. I like that he put his shoe covers on.. After briefing him on my issue he got to work. I like that he didn't mind answering any questions I asked him. Very good customer service skills. I'm so glad I had no issue. He checked everything out and found the water turn off was I think too low which was also causing a issue with my commode. He was very helpful in telling me what need to be done with commode. It was not covered on my plan and was more than I wanted to pay. That's the only reason I didn't have him do it. Can't say enough about Joe. If I have issues again I will ask for this company requesting Joseph because he do not fit the bill for any of the negative reviews I read.

FYI. I'm trying to do a new review for service done today 11/7/2022 but it keeps bringing up my old review with Joe. Not sure how I'm going to be able to do review for Lewie. The review that keeps coming up was done very long time ago. It keeps Posting as if I just done it.

Brian replaced our water heater. He was professional, pleasant and personable. He was upfront without being pushy and listened very well. He was very timely and worked quickly without rushing. We are very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Brian and ACC Plumbing and Backflow again and again.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

I called to use your service because my heat went out. YOUR advertisement and commercial on the radio states you're opened 24hrs, however when I called it stated you were closed at 8pm which is false advertisement.
So much for using your services in a desperate time of need.

I was totally satisfied with the quality of the job. I took notice of how he did those little things that many contractor omit in an attempt to finish quickly. I added some additional requests that included plumbing and electrical that he agreed to handle while he was here. In the end his charges were more than fair. I will certainly keep Toliny Plumbing and Electrical in mind for any future repairs.

They always come throug. The technician came out the same day we called and fixed the problem for free (under the warranty). Tony is an expert in his field who is also personable and helpful. It was a pleasure to work with them. A+
