Best Gas Lines Plumbing in Charlotte NC

My water heater started having problems - after taking a few cold showers - I called Queen City Plumbing to come out and take a look. I couldn't have asked for a better repair service. They scheduled an appointment as soon as possible, and showed up on time as promised. After diagnosing the problem, the technician clearly explained what was going on and presented me with all my possible solutions, leaving the decision solely up to me with a recommendation as to what he would do - no pressure. After we decided on what to do the technician had it fixed in no time. They were very knowledgeable, quick, very clean and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. From cold showers to more hot water than I could imagine, I could not be more pleased with my results from Queen City Plumbing, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing repair.

Normally I am very happy with the work performed by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The most recent time I have used them that was not the case.During the initial consultation for an outdoor water heater replacement due to leaking I voiced my concerns that the existing enclosure is not level (leaning away from the wall with a good 7-10 inch gap at the top between the aquahut and the wall).The sales rep that cam out to quote the job assured me that the underlying support pad would be leveled.Technician shows up the following day unaware of said promise. He was told to grab a few bricks (the general idea apparently being to shove those underneath the existing plastic support pad.This water heater had been leaking for several weeks, the bricks simply sinking into the ground.My expectation was for the water heater enclosure to be removed / the ground leveled (with the addition of some gravel due to it being soggy), the enclosure then being re-installed level and the new water heater installed.I was informed that they don't do anything other than install the water heater (so the sales rep lied to me).After sending the installer home I ended up running to my local home improvement store and spent the remainder of the day pouring a concrete pad on which the water heater was installed the following day.When I called the office to complain about the false promised made to me by the sales rep, I was told my concerns would be passed along and someone would reach out to address them.That was over two weeks ago. I haven't heard anything back since then.At this time I can not recommend this company, as they will lie, promising services they do not perform, then ignore you.

Wyatt Works was great! There's always something interesting at my house, and this was no different. They found something that three other plumbers couldn't find in the drain that was causing the backup. Highly recommend this company!

T.J. Kiker came to fix the overflow from my washing machine and quickly found what the issue was and it was fixed in a short period of time. He was so friendly and helpful with what I needed to do to keep this hopefully not happening again.

I researched a number of plumbers to replace my hot water heater. The reviews, Angie's List and more gave me confidence in their skill, competence and integrity. They were also lower cost than two other estimates, so I chose them. The staff was very helpful and professional and patiently answered my many questions. Very pleased with them and highly recommend them.

I hired CMP for my bathroom remodel. I was very happy with my decision. The job was done in a good time frame, price was reasonable and customer service - excellent! I would recommend CPM 100%!

IRV Plumbing was quick to respond to my appt. request, followed up by email and phone calls when tech was on the way and Tony Williams was awesome! He stayed longer than anticipated, cutting into his other appts., but was so patient and helpful, determined to find solutions for our non-working fireplace and came up with some good options, trying to find the best solution and cost for us. We are waiting on estimates for those options which we know will be a couple of days but are so thankful for his patience, friendliness, and knowledge. He really showed he wanted to help in any way possible! We look forward to working with them (and Tony) in the future! Highly recommend IRV Plumbing!

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!

Bryan Duckett was very thorough in trying to assess why my toilet drains keep backing up. He gave a recommendation along with an estimate that I will be considering.He was very professional and respectful and I truly appreciate the time he put in in trying to get to the root of the problem.He went above and beyond. Clog Busterz is THE BEST! We had a leak that we thought was an emergency and they came out immediately (outside of their normal work area!). They were incredibly helpful and took care of our issue quick with real professionalism. Their pricing was very fair and they were extremely kind and caring to our situation (I was freaking out over water damage and you could tell they really cared!). Highly recommend!

Tim Breault and his staff are great people and my go to plumbers, every time I have needed his help he has always been quick and efficient to respond and correct the problem at a fair price. I was extremely pleased to do business with this company. This small business, based in Mint Hill, was very professional in accepting my call, listening to my needs and setting the appointment. They made it super easy by supplying quality commercial grade ADA (a little taller)toilet and all parts, installing and caulking it, and hauling the old one away for a set price. This was a winner for me! Their plumber, Harry, called to let me know he was on the way, arrived on time, neatly installed 2 new toilets, removed and hauled away the old ones in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend MKB Plumbing.

I highly recommend Toliny Plumbing and Electric as they really go above and beyond for customers. They did for me when I needed a new hot water heater installed. Tony is courteous, service oriented and does excellent, efficient work. He showed up on time and was ready to get to work. He kept me informed throughout the process as he did his work. He explained how I could do maintenance for my hot water heater so it will have a longer life. I was amazed at just how dirty the water was in the hot water heater due to sediment building in the tank. Because this was part of other work that needed to be done, he planned it so that there was not any waste of time. He actually saved me money by telling me a second repair was not needed as it was working correctly and not leaking as I thought. He was willing to answer other questions about plumbing for me to help me become more knowledgeable which is extremely good for someone like me who wants to understand the details. I would use Tony again for my plumbing issues. I just want to say thanks for a job well done!
