Had Jeff from Queen City plumbing come out to quote for a job. He was extremely professional and friendly and tried to find the best option for the job.
I would highly recommend Jeff and QCP for you plumbing and heating needs.

I had scheduled three other plumbers prior to this company, and none of them showed up or even called to let me know they weren’t coming. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had someone here the day after I called. Jason called 30 minutes before his arrival. and showed up on time. Very friendly and polite. He did his work quickly and cleaned up behind himself. He explained everything he was doing, and went above and beyond in terms of his workmanship. Next time I need a plumber, I will ask for him by name. The service was a little pricey, but because I own my own franchise service business, I understand the cost of doing business the right way. I Highly recommend these guys!

Mike was fantastic. He showed up on time. He was extremely knowledgeable. He offered me a few different options that I could go with and talked me through the entire process. He did great work and he left the place very clean. I would highly recommend WyattWorks for any plumbing needs.

Walked into my kitchen this morning to a flood from my laundry room. Called Rapid-Rooter and they arrived in about the time it took me to clean up the water which was awesome!
John Byrd and Chris Mosher were very professional and informative. They unclogged the washer drain and got thing back on track quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them when you need Plumbing Services!!

We needed a new septic pump which MKB installed very promptly and perfectly. Then our pipes went hay wire and we were unable to use anything, from the toilets to the kitchen sink. Mike spoke with me all weekend and even had someone here Friday, Saturday, and himself on Sunday. Everyone was kind and professional and made my needs a priority, taking time from their weekends to ensure our problems were fixed and fixed correctly. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Excellent Service. I called with a big leak under the house, and ER Plumbing arrived within 20 minutes. They immediately checked the problem out, showed me the charges up front, and got me fixed. Joe also identified the root of the leak (too much pressure) and recommended a valve to prevent more blowouts.Joe and his partner ( I didn't catch his name unfortunately) were super professional, friendly, and upfront about their services. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing issues.

Joe and Jeff did an excellent job replacing my water heater. They were able to address all of my concerns. They were very experienced and carried themselves professionally.

I can’t say enough great things about Best Rate Plumbing! Jeff was so helpful, prompt and honest. We had quite a list of plumbing needs (installation of tankless hot water heater, leaking kitchen sink, digging out/capping an old irrigation line, and installation of a new shower faucet). He was happy to help us with everything and got it done very timely. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Can’t say enough nice things about Tyrell and Wonderful World of Plumbing. Had a no show by another plumber and they were able to fit me in the next day, even came early. He uninstalled my disposal when it was leaking, even though it had already been installed, but with an unexpected issue - didn’t charge me for the extra help. This is the service I’ve been looking for when I call someone for help. Please use them!

I have used many plumbers in the past and I can’t say how happy I was that we used this service. Rick did not only help us, but he saved us a lot of time and money. I highly recommend Rick and his company. He also happens to be a super nice guy. This is called customer service, and loyalty.

Tony was great! He took my call late one night after I got a quote that I thought was too high from another plumber. He listened to my concerns and scheduled an appointment. When he arrived, he first tested to make sure (the other plumber refused to test!) and confirmed I needed a new faucet. He came back the next day after i purchased the faucet I wanted and installed it. He was fantastic about explaining what the issues where and where not, which was important to me. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone!
