Thank you Brett and Eric, you guys responded quick for a Saturday. We called many plumbing company and All Hours Plumbing was the only that called back and gave us a price over the phone. We sent the pictures of old tank and we told them the problem and they came to the rescue. They came within 30 mins of the call and they brought the new tank. Installed it, and finally we have hot water again. On top of that I had Eric look at our kitchen faucet because the flow of water was not right, i was asking why and he just fixed it on the spot. Great guys, very professional, clean work and we highly recommend them. They knew we had an emergency and didn’t give us any run around. Thank you Brett and Eric.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

Really good experience to work with plumb masters: initial assessment of the issue at my place was very detailed which led to a fair price. Quality of the work was good and execution was organized and kept the order. After job was done, closing was really good too. They left the area clean and organized.

Josh is a true professional and an excellent plumber. Our sewage ejector pump and board basically shut down on Friday night. After running out of patience, we called ER Plumbing Sunday morning. If you have a pump issue or any complex plumbing issue, Josh is your man. He walked me through all of his diagnostics, from running the camera to troubleshooting and finally replacing the ejector pump. He never tried to upsell me on anything. In fact, he encouraged me to not replace the pump once we got the line unclogged and got it working again. It was only after we determined the float was bad that we decided to replace it. The new Liberty pump has a grinder in it, which I wanted. I felt like it was the best alternative to trying to rig the existing pump, and to potentially deal with continued problems over the coming months or possibly years. As we were replacing the pump, Travis with ER was in the area and stopped by to help. I couldn't have been more impressed with the courtesy and knowledge of these two. We were back in business with a new pump and clean lines by early afternoon. I HIGHLY recommend ER Plumbing. They operate with precision, speed and excellent customer service.

He did a terrific job dealing with a plumbing and electrical problem that was caused by the earlier work on my kitchen. He examined the plumbing problem, studied the drainage and determined that the plumbing was not put in properly. He reassembled the plumbing and eliminated the leaking that could have created a serious problem and water damage. He also noticed that the appliance installation of a dishwasher did not have a proper box connection and repaired it. He was efficient, experienced, and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with him.
