Professional service ! CP Replaced our faulty pressure reducing valve. They were very responsive and had plumber correct issue approximately 1.5 hours from my initial call. We are satisfied and will use again if plumber is needed in the future.

Daniel worked diligently and did a great job replacing a broken sewage line in my front yard.

Had an emergency on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm. Had a burst pipe on the hot water heater and it was filling the crawlspace with steam and water. Called AAA City Plumbing and got a call back from them in just a few minutes. The person on the line walked me through turning the water off so it would stop leaking until the tech got there. Waide arrived about 45 minutes later. I was very impressed with Waide. He was very friendly and personable and wore a mask the entire time. He fixed my leak in about 30 minutes and I couldn't be happier with the response time, the service and Waide's professionalism and demeanor. He was a joy to have at our home and we will definitely call AAA City Plumbing next time we need a plumber!

TJ Kiker called in advance and was on time. The disposal was replaced quickly and TJ ran 2 sinksful of water to make sure the repair would not leak and the item was repaired properly. At check time we received a discount from the former repair quote. It was a very positive experience and comforting to see a repairman you knew in the past return later in our condo's life, to perform another repair. KRoth

Response time was fantastic. They gave me an appointment the same day that I spoke with them. The tech was on time and stayed until the repair was finished, even when it turned out to be a much bigger job than expected.

We had a huge job at our rental house. The sewage line had collapsed and the entire line had to be replaced. Mike came and replaced the line, added two clean outs, and even surprised us by adding a turn off valve (very much needed but we didn't think to ask about that). He did all this work, along with his crew, in one day. The yard was graded and seeded after the project was done. Debra, in the office, kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this plumber!
