Jack from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to come out and replace a leaking toilet due to a crack in the base of the toilet and this job was completed the same day that I called. He was on time, honest and very professional. He completed the work as described and in a timely manner. And, he left a clean work space which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jack and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and will certainly look to use them again for my plumbing needs.

We called around 3:30 PM on a Friday to have one of their technicians come and clean our pipes that were backed up due to a low spot in the pipes. The technician showed up by 6:30 and walked us through the process as he cleaned the pipes. He explained to us why this happened and then used the camera to show us what was going on in our pipes. He was pleasant and made quick work of it for a Friday night. We were most appreciative.Ed & Bev Nowlin

Jesse was very profesional and installed a tankless heater quickly in a situation that my house was out of hot water and other company’s were 1-2 weeks out.

Good work from a focused & capable tech... forgot to use the $75.00 Discount coupon that the first tech on Tuesday had taken from me without returning .. I will call for this tech in the future..

Replaced a part but didn't fix the problem. Said he'd come back but didn't. Stood me up twice.

He was amazing! They responded quickly and were very professional and polite. It was an older house but they were able to install the new water heater and pressure control valve and our house was functional again. When the new heater arrived with a broken part he went back to the office and came back in the evening (it was Friday) to make sure we had hot water again. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and quality of the work done and the ability to fund the repairs cannot be overstated. I really recommend them! 10 out of 5 stars!

Ive been using Burl to address various needs of my properties for a while now. He's honest, skilled and fair. The fellas working for him do good work. My experience with skilled folks is if they're honest and good at what they do you've found someone you should go back to. Burl is that fella for my plumbing issues.

Chris is a great plumber and a great guy. His prices are good and his work is excellent. We call him for any plumbing needs.

MKB was prompt in setting up an appt and the serviceman was very knowledgable and went above and beyond. They also gave me a good price for the work I had done.

I was buying a house and my realtor recommended a plumber, they were rude and I felt VERY overpriced and I didn’t trust their estimate. I then searched Google Maps and found Toliny Plumbing and Electric. One selling point was the number of good reviews, so I decided to give them a chance, and I’m glad I did!

Tony came to my home, evaluated the situation, I needed the entire house re-piped as well as a pressure booster (which I pretty much knew from the crook. Lol), but the estimate Toliny P&E gave was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive! Almost half the cost! Needless to say I went ahead with the work.

I also can’t stress enough how good it is to have someone who does two trades in one visit! Often you’ll need electrical work done and to not need a second hand in your pocket saves a lot of money.

Important to note, they don’t take shortcuts in this company. If you’re looking for a “quick-fix”, or something just to get by, don’t call them. They would sooner walk away from a job if you’re not looking to have it done right. They don’t want an unhappy customer or to do less than a quality job that won’t last (and thusly reflect badly on the company). I don’t know code, but they do, so when I suggested my ideas on fixes, they explained why it was not the right way, and what the correct way to do it was.

In the end, I can take a nice hot shower now, with reasonable water pressure! I know the work was done right and I have a the confidence that I should be set for many years! I would absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing or electrical work needed and I will be using them again if a need arises.

After reaching out to several companies for an emergency job that no one could get to, I referred E&E plumbing to a good friend and client that's an electrical contractor that blew a pipe inside one of his clients crawlspace.
Not only that they were able to help him within a couple hours, but they hooked him up astronomically with price.
***It's very rare to find a company these days that doesn't take advantage of a situation like this and ends up charging an arm and a leg.***
Their image is super clean cut, they are extremely honest class A company that I wish I could be them a 10 star review.
