Mr. Fisher was very professional and honest in his explanation of what we should do to remedy our drainage issues. In a matter of minutes my wife and I chose to allow him and Benjamin Franklin do the work for us as outlined in Mr. Fisher's options he described for us. We look forward to have a working drainage system very soon and hope that Mr. Fisher is involved with the process.

Justin Just visited to give a quote for a large project. He took his time, gave honest feedback, and most of all, listened to what we are wanting to accomplish. That same day, he called in equipment to perform an inspection on our intricate drainage line and supplied a competitive quote the same day. I appreciate his patience and look forward to working with Just and WyattWorks further.

Replacement of leaking shower valve, Replacement of clothes washer shutoff valves, and replaced valve for ice maker with new line. They replaced hot water heaters last year and flushed them while they were here.

Services rendered in November 2021. I was told by manager Brittany that I would receive assistance with an itemized bill to send to my insurance company. Even after numerous calls, the bill was still not itemized the way the insurance company requires. They stop responding to calls for help. I got screwed big time by this company.

Technicians get a 5 star for their work. The low rating is for the customer service. This company left me with an astronomical bill to pay when I have insurance that will cover a potion of the bill. Only thing that was required was an itemized bill for which they insist the can not give. This is totally crazy. They don’t care about helping you once they have received their money. They left me high and dry. I would not recommend this company. This is a revised rating.

UPDATE: After getting a personal call from the GM (Cody) and having a lengthy discussion, I'm upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4. The reason is his level of customer service. Because he stands so strongly behind his team and values his repeat customers, I can only appreciate the time he took to call and listen to my side of the issue and let me know the changes he's implemented, so a customer can get the service they request regardless to outcome of the issue at hand.

There was some confusion in the background and the techs thought I'd be happy that they didn't waste my money on a job that wasn't going to fix the problem. They didn't realize that I understood this wasn't a fix. I was requesting maintenance to keep my problem at bay until I can afford the fix.

We've scheduled a new maintenance request and I look forward to more business in the future. Thank you Rapid Rooter.

As a repeat customer I'm HIGHLY disappointed in the my latest nonservice request. I say non because they never did the job I scheduled. Once every few years I schedule a main line clean out from the main pipe to the street.

This year I'm not sure what was different (maybe staff changes) but when I scheduled the maintenance the woman on the line seemed a bit perplexed about my request but did schedule the work. The problem was Chris tried to diagnose my issue instead of providing the service I scheduled. He kept trying to sell me the camera down the drain (which I would have paid for in addition to the clean out) and never did the work.

I've been in this house for 14years I know the issues, which is why I scheduled a maintenance clean out to keep my issue from becoming a problem until I get the thousands of dollars to fix it. After Chris diagnosed it and refused to do the clean out (which they've done over the past 12 years) they sent Rick out to give me the estimate on other work. However when I asked yet again if he'd do the clean out, he said they'd call Chris back out. But Chris never returned the woman on the phone says, We'll see if we can do that (meaning the clean out). My response was if you look at my records you'll see that you've done this before so why wouldn't you do it now?

I have full time job and need permission to work from home. Waiting on 2 sets of crews to come out is a bit ridiculous (especially since i raced to work when Chris left, then got a call from RR saying a new crew was coming shortly) so I raced back home to receive no service at all and WASTING a work from home privilege.

Now I have to find another company to service me and ask again to work from home. This doesn't make any sense to me. If the professionals think my maintenance clean out is a waste of time for them, they should consider the fact that it's a service I've bee paying for, for years. If only to humor the customer, it should have been done as no harm can come from it. The just lost my money.

Adonis was very polite and attentive to our locations needs. They were very responsive and quick to get to our location and handled our situation perfectly. Will definitely use Adonis again.

My gas logs would no longer work. Tony and Jay came out, identified the problem (controller had gone bad), and showed me how I could use the logs manually until they could get a new controller. Then they came back, cleaned everything, and installed the new controller. They were quick, efficient, and didn't leave even a speck of dust! Even cleaned the inside glass for me before they put things back (difficult to reach with everything installed).
Everyone I dealt with at Bliss Plumbing was very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

Guys we're excellent However thought price of and parts and labor too high

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. I knew he would get the job done. Thank you so much MKB Plumbing!!!

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

I would like to first say thank you guys so much for coming to my family’s rescue at a moments notice. They are extremely professional and took very good care of us. The guy that came out was very perfessional. He assessed thoroughly to figure out the problem. He explained the problem to me and fixed it.

They helped me on the same day of my call. They came out during the evening time so I didn't have to call out from work. And the price was very reasonable. The customer service was a 10. I will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

Flunk junkies

After winter storm 2021 caused busted pipes in our home, Daniel and John came quickly and meticulously tested and found 6 busted pipes and repaired them. They were here for a while and continued to be courteous, professional, and fair. We will always use Burls for our plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend Rose Plumbing to anyone searching for plumbing services. Chris was able to quickly diagnose and fix my project for a very fair price. He was a class act and I will hire him again if and when I have any additional plumbing needs.

Toliny Plumbing and Electric went far beyond the call of duty. Due to some issues with our kitchen cabinets that were being installed, Tony ended up coming to our house a number of times to get the job done right. He didn't charge us extra - he just did a great job, for a GREAT price. We appreciate his professionalism, timeliness, and expertise. We will use him for all of our electrical work.

Tony installed a new water heater in our home. Our tank is housed in an outdoor cabinet, so he toiled in the wet. The tarp I offered him was turned down. Superb quality of work. Tony at is fantastic, and I highly recommend them.
