Update 2: Vinton and his assistant came today to replace my PRV and install an additional hose bib. They were professional, efficient and I truly appreciated their service!Update: Today I used Queen City again for an HVAC issue, Caiden and Carl came out and they were professional, efficient and got my house nice and cool again. Bill also came out, and like every person I’ve met at Queen City, was incredibly professional. He gave me an estimate on plumbing repairs, and was able to give me some great helpful suggestions. I will for sure only be using Queen City for all my plumbing and HVAC needs!After calling multiple plumbers and getting multiple refusals, one plumbing company recommended Queen City to me to call about repairing a gas leak on a tankless water heater on a home I had just moved in to. Queen City was quick to answer and get me scheduled next day. Paul came out and repaired the issue and brought my water heater up to code and even fixed a leak at one of my toilets even though that wasn’t part of the original service call.

I received STELLAR service from Mr. Rooter for detailed plumbing work that was required in my home. The work that was needed was not simple and the entire team showed their skills, promptness, and professionalism at all times during the work. Matthew, Ryan, Darryl, David and company kept my family and I informed and explained what was needed thoroughly from start to finish. Apologies for anyone's name that I have not included. The technician, Daniel P., arrived on time for the appointment and was professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs, provided his initial thoughts, and went over each of the options with us. While here, he also took a look at some other small issues we were having and helped us with ideas on how to fix them. We will definitely be calling Option One for our future plumbing needs.

We got a price quote from them and they came out to look at the job. The guy was rude and said he wouldn't put in toilets from lowes or Home Depot because they were cheaply made. He also would replace the vanity because he didn't replace the cabinet portion. On top of all that just to change the faucet, drain, and shower stuff on the bathtub/shower combo he said he wouldn't have to cut a hole in the wall to see if the valve needed to be replaced and that would be $700 without it being replaced and he couldn't give us a more in depth quote for that until he started. Basically is you don't buy from their warehouse then he won't replace toilets or sinks. They want to charge way OVER price to do things half ass because they don't replace that or won't. Company policy it is a joke and funny thing is I know people that use this company and highly recommended them and after this they said they wouldn't be using them due to the price gauge. What plumbing company doesn't replace the WHOLE vanity? He said we would have to hire someone to replace the cabinet portion and he would put the sink in. Needless to say we didn't hire them and I recommend nobody else hire them.

Today I was looking for a quote for some work needed, so no work was completed. Their service person was great and explained everything, however I felt their cost was way out of line for the small amount of work required.

We had a great experience with this company. The technician name was Duane smith and he was very helpful with any questions or issue he had. They were fast in sending a technician out to see what the problem was and it is greatly appreciated.

Exceptional quality, definitely recommend! My garbage disposal was clogged and the toilet valve was leaking when I called at 10:30 in the morning. Around noon, Manny arrived. By 12:30 he had completed everything. His work was excellent, and he completed it quickly and thoroughly. He was the epitome of competence and politeness in his field. Their contact information is now saved in my phone as my go-to plumbing resource. Dustin, you and the company have my eternal gratitude.

Danny the owner of presidential Plumbing is the best .. first he will call you back .. and most of the time will pick up .. next if you have a bad problem he will show up .. the people that work for him are professional and believe it or not are nice .. last and most importantly he is a license plumbing company ..i know its hard to believe but everything is true .. give him a call ..
