tech indicated he could not repair faucet, said i would have to break tile and replace entire valve. Found another plumber to repair faucet. Side note, toilet was flushing slowly (not why I called), tech recommended to replace toilet!!! foolish. Problem was resolved with a few more plunges and flushes. This guy did not know or did not want to work. I've had good luck with QC before and will call again, but not this guy.

Mr. Bill Ferguson was very professional and prompt.He arrived on time, and was very pleasant. He evaluated the problem, and recommended what he thought should be done to fix the toilet. He returned the next day bright and early and went to work replacing the toilet. We are very pleased with his services.

Came to give me an estimate on landscape drainage repairs and did a thorough job with It! Afterwards, he used his laptop to prepare me several pages of report of the various parts of the work. He was able to send it to my computer before he left! I learned some new ideas about how to handle common drainage problems and found out about some of the new fiber optics technology used to probe buried drain pipes. I have more than enough to help me make the best choice for my repairs . Mr. Rooter has excellent use of the new methods of handling drainage problems in yards and I was left impressed that this would be a terrific company to trust with my business . As I wait for other extimates this one was a superb start to my process!

I would advise everyone to stay away from this company. We had one of their electricians come to our home because some of our rooms were getting no power, When the electrician arrived to my house, he asked to go directly to the breaker box, not once checked any of the receptacles in the house, he didn’t check anything in the house. My wife was inside in the living room, she noticed where the power kept flickering on and off from the electrician messing around with the breaker box, My wife noticed that the house was on fire and ran to tell the electrician which was still outside at the breaker box. The negligence of one of the companies electricians left me and my family displaced. I really wish I could leave a lower score.

The technician Brandon Johnson came to look at our home. Was very rude and unprofessional, said he wasn’t there to provide a quote for a rental company and to “have the other company do it” then proceeded to just get into his van and leave. Didn’t say goodbye or thank you. Would not recommend this company.

Good quality equipment. Generally good installation. A ductwork and drain line deficiency were corrected. The drain line was installed without an elbow outside. An elbow would prevent blowing grass cuttings into the pipe and pluging the pipe.

Service guys don't communicate, and don't apparently know anything about air conditioning. Horrible company.

RYN not only gave me a great quote, but were honest. The technician analyzed the situation and adjusted a part without charging me for a new one. Very rude. Called the number from the website, some lady answered saying owner is not at the office and will call back. Called again next day from recent calls on my phone and Ron answered and kept repeating there's no any lady who could answer his phone and I don't know who you were calling but you did not call me.
Unprofessional. Were not able to help. Would be great at least being nice to people.
