Great service. They came out same day and unclogged my pipes. Jeremy and Salomon were both very professional and explained everything they were doing. I will call them for future plumbing needs.

Toto Rooter showed up after I had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon. I give them five stars for that and temporarily taking care of the issue.After that, here a team of specialists. 1) construction specialist 2) environmental specialists. End result was a high quote to repair sewage line and repair damage in the house. Had to look elsewhere for that.No complaints about responsiveness or punctuality.

I had a great experience with this plumbing company. I set up an appointment easily, they called 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know they were on the way and showed up on time. More importantly, the technician was knowledgeable and did a great job. He was also courteous and friendly. I highly recommend using Charlotte Plumbing Masters.

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! Update - I have called upon Pathmaker Plumbing several times over the past few years. My home is 60 years old - and parts wear out needed replacement - and building codes and regulations change as well. John Stokes has helped me replace rusted out drain pipes, run water lines, replace toilets and sinks - he has always explained the problem, taken photos of problems in my crawlspace, and given me options in the repair. Today (3/11/19) he has served me well yet again - finding a leak and helping me prepare my home to sell for new owners. He is an honorable, honest, Christian man. He is trustworthy. His work speaks for him. Proverbs 22:29 Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

When I saw a coupon on Angie's List to buy $75 worth of plumbing work for $25, I knew I was getting a deal. I didn't know that it would be such a pleasure dealing with John Stokes. Plumbing costs can add up in a hurry - each damaged piece reveals another problem that delay and decay have caused. But John allowed me to buy my own replacement sink and pedestal - so I knew how much the parts cost. And I felt he gave me options in the work - to choose how much I wished to put into the project.

I feel Pathmaker Plumbing did an outstanding job - and treated me fairly. When I need more plumbing work, I will call on John again.

Five stars for Zoom Drain and the technician Duane. It was easy to see that he is very experienced, and knowledgeable, while he was trying to find a clog in this old drain line. Very professional.

Ultimate Plumbing & Repair came out to our home last week to take care of a backed up kitchen sink. We used to discard leftover food down the disposal but they mentioned that this is not the best thing to do. Softer foods like potatoes and rice can back up the drain. If you’re looking for a Good Charlotte plumber, call these guys!
