Justin arrived on time, performed a comprehensive inspection of my issue, and went over a number of choices with me. Besides his great work in fixing our problem, he went WAY above and beyond in helping us resolve things the same day. Between working at our house and travelling to get the equipment he needed, he spent 10+ hours getting things fixed right and that is something that really made the difference with him. I'd recommend Wyatt to anyone and if you het Justin on your call, I know that he will do right by you, 150%!!

Everyone I had contact with from on the phone to in person were helpful and extremely friendly. They gave me up front pricing so there were no surprises. I had a broken water pipe in my front yard and Charlotte Plumbing made what was a very stressful situation and made it easy. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

John Bird (#63) came by our house today to repair an issue with our shower. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgable. He was able to repair the shower very quickly. I would highly recommend him and Rapid-Rooter!

Scheduling service was great and suprisingly quick for a Sunday evening. Called at 6, technician dispatched by 6:30, arrived at 7 and complete by 8. Very satisfied with Ronald (#2143) and would definately request him again. Very happy with my experience.

Charges over $700 for a dishwasher install??? Also, did not mount the dishwasher and it's slides out when using. Do not advertise that you know how to install a dishwasher and overcharge. I went with you bc I didn't want to keep sending techs out to my tenants house. I wish your company would explain price up front for this prior to entering the premises especially since this is your base cost. I have you coming back out today to have another installer to mount the dishwasher correctly. Please get it right.

I called Charlotte Plumbing & Repair to install my dishwasher. They said they would be over in 30 minutes, 30 minutes later a guy showed up and installed it. He was very polite and did a superb job. He ran the dishwasher and stayed for a bit to make sure there were no leaks, even did a little custom work to get the dishwasher to fit snug. I highly recommend these guys.. great price and great service!

Robbie Bottles was one of the best service man we’ve experienced! He was so polite and kind and was really determined to figure out and help me with what seems like a mold issue in the vents. He was a great investigator trying to figure out where and how it’s getting in our vents. He spent hours working on it all with also the regular spring service but also this issue! I really appreciated him not being pushy with a high cost fix right away but to really determine the best cost efficient way they could help us! He gets the highest rating from me he really was authentic and cared about us! Way to go Robbie!

Even through adversity with freezing cold weather that wreaked havoc on their machinery, Ultimate Plumbing stuck with it until the job was complete. I will definitely call on them again whenever I need plumbing work for my business or home.

Analysis of a commercial property water meter issue.

We hired Riverview for re-plumbing our entire house after a leak from bad CPI brand pex pipes. The job was very thorough and they stood behind all of their work. Scott and Dawn were great to work with during a stressful time in our home. We are very happy with the decision we made and will use Riverview for all future plumbing needs!.

Arrived earlier than expected, which was nice. Diagnosed the problem and told me that when I select a new faucet he will install. He is a known technician to me and I am a known customer to him, and the relationship is respectful and honest.

Was buying a new home that was completely rebuilt with all new appliances, but with low water pressure. They recommended repiping the house and adding a pressure booster. I agree with the diagnosis, but the price quoted seemed high, and the lead plumber had a very arrogant and condescending tone. Charged $175 just for the estimate which seemed high as well, asked if they got the job if they would apply that towards the job, they said no, that’s just today’s pay. They were recommended by my realtor, and afterwards even my realtor was put off by them.

I decided to get a second estimate, the other company’s estimate was half what this company charged (as was the fee they charge for the estimate, which was applied towards the work). Now the work is done, I’m satisfied and paid half what this company quoted.

I can’t comment on the quality of their work, might be great, but the people skills of the person I met, I wouldn’t let them work on my house. Was surprised to see so many positive reviews, but unfortunately does not reflect my experience with them.
