Marty and Tyler came out for a stopped up kitchen sink. They fixed the leak very quickly and even made another suggestion which allowed for some preventative maintenance on my garbage disposal. I was so pleased with their work that I began enquire about other plumbing issues though less troublesome.

John and Brandon were both super friendly while efficiently doing what had to be done. They came to fix what I thought was a clog in a drain to a sink. Turned out to be a clog in a more major line which required substantial more time to clear. They happily stayed until they made sure everything was working correctly. Arrived when expected, cost reasonable and very competitive. Will gladly recommend them!!

Progressive would not honor an active warranty that we have on a HVAC system that they installed. Instead of assisting with a simple repair, they used bait-and-switch tactics to try to sell us an entirely new HVAC unit. They even went so far as to tell us that: (1) our warranty was not valid, (2) upon recognizing the valid warranty, they quoted a repair at 400% the normal repair cost. Sadly, I had previously recommended this company to friends and neighbors in the past, Now I am forced to tell numerous people to avoid using this company.

What a easy experience this was! We had our whole house repiped and we did our homework and they were not only highly recommended but the price was where we expected. Chip and the guys were very professional yet very kind to Stop and answer questions we had. They had one fella come inside ( and always took his shoes off!) and 2 others outside and under the house. They were able to get 85% done the first day and fixed it where we had a working bathroom and sink for overnight. They were back the next day and worked until they had checked and doubled checked each fitting, sink and toilet. They replaced a shower head and even hooked up a new toilet and vanity. They wiped everything down as they worked and asked if we needed anything else. Minor hiccup with a runoff issue and Chip came by and took care of it himself. Jim has been a huge help in many decisions and patient when we had more questions. Heck he even comes back 2-3 weeks after to make sure all is good. Called on an outside water line that we found to be leaking. Will and his team came out the next day. Pulled a new line and was back in business in 3 hours. They are professional, quoted on the job, texted us their eta, fixed the problem and paid them right in our yard. Bahmmmm. done. Thanks Service Pro Plumbing. Hope to never see you again.
