We have been Morris-Jenkins customers for several years, both at our old address and our current home, and we are convinced the company only hires the most pleasant and competent people around. In the service and maintenance calls, every technician has been prompt, polite, charming (especially to our very barky dog!) and thorough in their service. This most recent visit was from Lamar, a kind and knowledgeable fellow who took time to explain what he was doing, what he found, and what he recommended for proper future maintenance…without at all pushing extra services on us.And he specifically said goodbye to the dog on his way out!I haven’t compared the cost of Morris-Jenkins to other HVAC and plumbing services lately, but considering our experience with the company we dropped for Morris-Jenkins, we aren’t going anywhere.Thank you, Lamar, and the rest of the team for helping us with our home heating, cooling, and plumbing needs!UPDATE: THANK YOU SO MUCH, Dakota, for coming to our rescue on a Sunday after I took a header off our back porch and knocked out spigot off its 60-year-old copper pipe. I reached out to this company for handyman services because the reviews are stellar and they came recommended by an associate. The project i wanted fixed was to remove and replace about 6-12 inches of dry wall and base mold at my backdoor that was affected by water intrusion. With only the use of a 30 second home video Josue quoted me a whopping $2000 with the potential to be more. HAHAHA what a joke! I received another quote from another company that also had phenomenal reviews and was quoted $600 AFTER the handyman actually came to my home to inspect the issue. Seems to me like Josue tried to pull a fast one on a single woman new homeowner.

James and Coby were very quick getting to the residence. They were fast, efficient, very mindful of their surroundings and extremely courteous. I would recommend them to everyone.

After 4 other people had been in our attic, MD Plumbing was finally able to diagnose and repair our leak. They were on time and very professional and he was also able to unclog a shower drain that a previous plumber told us he didn't need to unclog. We would not call anyone else but MD Plumbing in the future!

It was a pleasure doing business with King Plumbing. They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. My problem was complex, and they took the time to figure out how to solve it. They were also very fair with their pricing. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be using them again.

John and Lucas did an amazing job. They put in a new main water line outside and got it all done in one day!

Young man was a pro and found a very difficult pinhole leak behind a wall that I never thought would have had water lines inside it.

Our water heater started leaking from the bottom so we reached out to Presidential Plumbing. I immediately felt like they cared. They had someone out the same day to take a look. We opted to go tankless.
Eddie and Chris were out the next day to install.
They were very professional. They got the work done quickly and kept the work area clean.
A few days after the install we noticed a problem with the water temp in our kitchen. I called into the office and was told someone would get back to me.
They did! Far too often do companies, people say that they will return your call only for you to have to call them again.
Chris and Eddie came out the next day, put booties on their feet before coming in, and swapped out the faulty part in 10 minuets. They hung out for a few just to make sure all was working and then they were off.
I highly recommend this company. From beginning to end a pleasant experience.
We will be using them again.

Scott showed up on time, took time to tell me everything they would do to replace my well pump and also do the plumbing for my water pressure tank. Quoted me a good price and did excellent work on both. No hidden charges.

You know what costs more than a good plumber? A bad plumber that’s what.
Dylan Massey is a good plumber. He took time to do the job right the first time. I enjoyed talking to him. He fixed multiple problems and cleaned everything up perfectly.

Payless did an AMAZING JOB from the second they took my phone call, until the job was done! They were super accommodating, efficient, and were at my house within 3 hours. They even matched the price I was given by another company. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future!
