I have used different plumbing companies in the past but I have never written a review. I highly recommend PathMaker Plumbing. The technicians were fast, efficient, nice, and professional. John and Caleb did an excellent job and prices were very reasonable. They even fixed some minor problems and did not charge me extra. It is a 5 Star company!

We were in need of a toilet repair that was beyond our expertise. I found MKB Plumbing on Angie's List. They were the first to respond to my request for service. To my surprise they said someone could be out in the next hour or so. It was not an emergency situation, but given everything going on in the world, I was happy to have such a timely response. Harry, our technician, was courteous, on time and respectful. He not only fixed the main problem but fixed the minor issues with the toilet also. While at our house, I got him to do some other small projects that we had been procrastinating on like switching out a showerhead that was too hard to remove. I thought the pricing was fair for the amount of time and projects involved. I will definitely have MKB Plumbing on speed dial for our next plumbing needs.

I’ve used ER multiple times and consistently pleased with their response time, professionalism and quality of work. Services performed today included unclogging a bathtub drain and investigating a variety of other minor (irritating but not urgent) issues such as shower/faucet drips, an aging garbage disposal issue, and a toilet handle repair issue. Garrett, the technician, also diagnosed a ceiling water leak which he confirmed was a non-plumbing issue. Garrett carefully listened to each of my concerns and was very thorough in explaining each individual issue and offering options for resolution. I appreciate his patience and his willingness to do the job right. I didn’t at any point feel that he was “cutting corners”, “rushing”, or trying to “upsell me” to move on to the next job.

The technician, Jody, who responded to my service call, was knowledgeable, professional, and detailed oriented. He answered my questions to my satisfaction and offered suggestions where appropriate to address all concerns. I recommend Jody without reservation to all who are looking for a professional plumber.

I can’t say enough great things about Best Rate Plumbing! Jeff was so helpful, prompt and honest. We had quite a list of plumbing needs (installation of tankless hot water heater, leaking kitchen sink, digging out/capping an old irrigation line, and installation of a new shower faucet). He was happy to help us with everything and got it done very timely. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Couldn’t recommend Rick enough! Communicating with him was a breeze, plus he’s timely responding. He’s as cheerful as he is professional. He charged us even less than he quoted us, which was already extremely reasonable, because he finished more quickly than he expected to. Talk about honesty. Finally, he insightfully and confidently diagnosed several problems another plumber completely missed and/or misrepresented, offered a set of possible solutions, helped us pick one that would last, and executed cleanly. We are relieved we found and went with him before we locked in with the other folks. We’ll certainly call him again for future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience! I called today and they had a plumber at my door in about 30 minutes. I had a leak from a kitchen sink pipe, 2 clogged bathroom sinks, and a toilet that wouldn't flush properly. In less than 1.5 hours, he had all things repaired and working better than ever. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them from now on when I need plumbing services.

HVAC MAINTENANCE AND FULL DUCT REPLACEMENT

The HVAC technician inspected and cleaned the HVAC unit, inspected the thermostat, recommended a solution with the ductwork, provided an estimate and had the office schedule the project.

Crew members were unfailingly courteous - Sir, Ma'am, Mr., Mrs. - any time they interacted with us. They answered our questions and cleaned up thoroughly.

Each and every contact in person and on the phone was courteous and prompt. Everybody wore facemasks (due to COVID-19) and booties inside. The business processes are done well. We are happy to recommend this company to our friends and neighbors and anyone who views this comment.
