Reggie arrived on time and knew immediately what the problem's' were. He looked under the sink, then he went to his truck and put together the pipes he needed (gluing the ones that needed it). It was amazing to watch him work. He was fast and efficient, while being professional and courteous.

There was a major anchoring problem of the shower plumbing due to inadequate interior wall support. Eric fixed the problem permanently and now my shower is problem free.

Appreciate the prompt response to our call for a water main break outside our home. Brennan was professional, quickly assessed the problem, and shared the options without selling one or the other. Clogged sewer line. Plumber was here for about an hour, subtracting time on phone and tablet, maybe 15 minutes using water jet to attempt clean-out. I was told pipe was cracked and needed repair and call another plumber because he was booked and didn't have time. $689.75 thank you very much and bye-bye. And that was with a 10% discount! Usually a company will credit some of the bill towards repair. I agreeded to the price before hand being overconfident it would fix my problem. But jeeez I would have expected a break after 15 minutes of work, no fix and no estimate to repair. And I had even removed cleanout out at front of house and pipe in crawl space for access! Very expensive and a poor value in my opinion.

I called Monday & had a technician out Tuesday. Jake Bayer was informative & helpful. He had the issue resolved within an hour!

Customer service is top notch! Mr. Thompson was highly professional. He answered all my questions, and I was able to secure a same day appointment. Would highly recommend.

Rick is a top notch plumber and a pleasure to work with. He's an honest guy and his prices are more than fair, especially when you consider the quality of his work.

When I contacted him with a hot water heater issue, he called me back promptly and got me on his schedule quickly. He arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would, figured out what was wrong, quoted me a price and never changed it (even when the scope of work unexpectedly grew in size - which plumbing issues have a tendency to do).

He will be first call from now on for any plumbing needs I may have for my home or any of my rental properties.

Our hot water heater stopped working. Our home warranty company sent Charlotte Plumbing. I'm over satisfied with how Kevin gave suggestions and handled the problem with the part not being delivered. He stayed on top of that parts company until the got it right. We stayed in communication the whole time. I got the thermo coupling today and he came about 6 tonight in the rain and crawled under our house to repair the gas heater and got us hot water.

Had a gas stove delivered by a big box store, but installer wouldn't hook it up because the gas line in the house was too big for the connector line. Called Burl, and 15 minutes later he was at the house. 30 minutes later range was installed. Cost more $ than I wanted, but for speed, efficiency, and professionalism, it was worth the price.
