These guys are awesome! They were the only ones to make time on a Monday when my sewer backed up. Doug was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough and patient as I followed him around and asked a zillion questions.

When the problem wasn’t resolved after his visit and we needed and estimate on possible sewer pipe repair he came the next morning after we called to get the estimate started. The next day a crew was digging and working to figure out exactly what was going on.

They communicated with my through the whole process and were awesome to talk to. Everyone that came to my house brought a good attitude and worked hard.My sewer pipe is done and I’m so happy that we came across this company.

I was struggling draining my water heater and flushing it. It was taking more than a couple hours. I called Alex, and over the phone he gave me the best gift, fully worth a paid visit, but no charge. He walked me through being able to flush the tank in 15-20 minutes! And additional after care of my faucets. Later I had a problem shutting off the drainage valve, and he came out and removed an obstruction. He is passionate about what he does, and knows the history of all things plumbing. He freely gives away the tips and tricks he’s learned over years of experience and hundreds of installations. He explains everything so a lay person can understand. And he lets you know all costs upfront. He is very responsive, stays in communication, and keeps you in the time loop, and shows up as scheduled. If there ever was a “THE ONE” plumber, it is Alex! The pan of our water heater let go and dumped 40 gallons of water on the floor below. B Carlson and their technician Tony did a great job keeping us informed during the entire process. Tony was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with and friendly. As scheduling shifted around trying to get the problem resolved and the tank replaced we were kept informed by the office group. We were most pleased and appreciated the help. A new tank was installed, the job was clean and done efficiently.

I have used Juan and STA plumbing for a number of years across several of my rental properties. He has always gotten the job done, and ben very fair on prices. He's always my 1st call and I have never had to make a 2nd call.

We are new to Rio Rancho, had just bought a house, and discovered that the water valves for the washing machine needed replacement -- badly! We had researched plumbers online (google, BBB, etc. ) and decided to call Affordable Services. Excellant choice, to say the least. Thomas was available and in our neighborhood, so he came by immediately. Because the house is older ('85), the valve box threw him a problem as far as accessing the valve pipes, but he knew exactly what to do, and had us up and washing in no time. So kudos to Thomas and Chris (x2) for their excellant service, as well as the office scheduler (I apologize for forgetting her name - very helpful and friendly) for taking care of us.
