I had a plumbing emergency (leak we could not shut off) after hours, and my usual plumber was closed. The Rocketman dispatcher was very nice and assured me they could get to me next and were at my home to stop a leak within a few hours of calling. All of this was after business hours, and I am not a usual customer of theirs! They were able to stop the leak with the supplies they had. And returned promptly the next morning for a permanent fix. The fees were reasonable for emergency work. And more of the repair was done the next day at regular prices, that were also reasonable. I will use them again. The plumber did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way and was very professional. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. While I did not end up using Motherroad's services to complete my water filtration project, I feel compelled to leave a review after my experience. This was far and away the BEST interaction I have ever had with a contractor. Alex was prompt, explained my options in great detail, and did not try to upsell or push anything extra or unnecessary to my project. He told me exactly what he wanted to use, why he wanted to use it, and included a breakdown of every single item and its purpose in his quote. He also broke down his pricing for me, which provided that extra layer of comfort with the process.

It is clear that Alex really knows his stuff and takes great pride in his work. If you haven't yet, take a look at the pictures on his website; he is definitely an artist of his craft. Unfortunately, we did not have the room in our budget to go with him on this occasion, but I wholeheartedly believe he is worth his price and would be ecstatic to go with Motherroad on a future project down the road. I had an emergency call on Sunday and Tony responded. He was knowledgeable and professional at all times, informing me of what the problems were and what he was doing to remedy them. He took the time necessary to address the problems and never made me feel like I was intruding on his time. Additionally, he showed me the parts which were corroded and the cause of the problems - very educational for me. He represented your company extremely well and I am very appreciative for his responsiveness, professionalism and efforts in fixing the issues.

Gerald and his amazing team quickly installed a new furnace when ours went out in the middle of winter and we couldn't be more grateful. Every other company insisted on costly upgrades and Gerald and his team knowledgeably explained why they weren't exactly necessary. LOVE this company and will continue to use and recommend them to everyone I know.

I had an appointment scheduled for two days from now for AC start up, but received a call from the office stating that they had a tech in the area and could perform the service today which was a a nice surprise. Reece arrived 20 minutes after the call and performed the service. He took pictures of his work to show us and “wow” we were impressed with how meticulously he cleaned our AC and replaced any needed parts.

WMF team was highly recommended and did a fantastic job cleaning up a bad sewage spill under my home. WMF team came to my home in less than an hour after my call, gave me an estimate of expenses and started the work immediately. They are honest and highly competent.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

Took several hours to return with the part they needed for the repair and then charged me a few hundred dollars to pickup filters I purchased but wasn't informed that they didn't carry them and would have to pickup elsewhere
