I received a service time frame of 9-12 on a Monday so I had to take the morning off. They called at 8:53 and I didn't answer because I was in another part of the house and didn't hear my phone. When I returned the call at 9:20 I was told I would have to reschedule since I didn't answer my phone. No one attempted to call back or actually come to the house and knock on the door.

Braden was professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed repair and the cost. He didn't oversell things that didn't need to be done. Elise in the office was polite and informative. Mark responded quickly with quotes and invoices and receipts. I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The entire experience was stress free and during a Pandemic. Everyone also wore masks. I highly recommend them.

Company sent out salesman in one day told me what I needed completed paperwork gave deposit. Both roofer and myself have not heard back from him. 2 phone calls left message with company operator and email . Disappointing

We were very satisfied with WMF. The professionals who came got there on time, they were good and we didn’t have any problems with them. We talked with them when they were there and they explained to us what they were going to do.

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

Our inducer motor went out the day after Christmas. American AC & Heat was 1/3 the cost of the other 3 local big named businesses and came after 5 PM with no upcharge, so I didn't have to miss work and loose more $. If they didn't have to wait for the part they would've fixed it the same day! As an accountant I can say, this is the type of businesses Albuquerque's economy desperately needs! More $ in the consumers' pocket = more money to spend on food, clothes, and other needed commodities. What these other companies were willing to charge A family of 6 living check to check, stuck without a furnace, knowing the cost of the part, is simply UNETHICAL!!!! Thank you American AC & Heat, your Integrity will pay off ten fold!

I have gone through a LOT of Plumbers/Electricians.
First Rate is definitely the best around. The owner was delighted to tell me exactly what they do when they flush a boiler (unlike any other company). The girls that answer the phone are very nice and knowledgeable. I have met a few of their service technicians. Brad is terrific and unlike other company's plumbers doesn't try to sell you new equipment. He gave me options instead of outrageous estimates. Sean was super too. I contacted Bosque Heating Cooling and Plumbing and requested an estimate to replace my old Swamp Cooler. Jeremy arrived and answered all of my questions without being in a hurry to leave. I have not used the business, since I am waiting on an estimate before I make my final decision. Jeremy was kind, considerate and mindful as I continued to ask many questions.

My 3yr old furnace was not turning on in 11 degree weather. My installer from another HVAC company was unable to come today so I called Number One Plumbing and they came within 4 hrs.
The pipe that drains the condensation had been installed on the outside wall of my garage and had frozen. That’s why the heater wasn’t turning on.
Nick expressed disappointment that the condensation drain wasn’t installed inside to prevent freezing. We discussed other more workable solutions. He was so informative and concerned.
I am having the original installers come out in 2days to fix the problem. I will insist on a free repair!
