My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

Alex came quickly. He was efficient, explained the situation to me, answered my questions and gave me options. He was respectful of my property and left everything clean. He was very knowledgeable. I would definitely use Motherroad Plumbing again and recommend them to my friends. Great work.

At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in. I strongly recommend this locally owned and operated small business to anyone, Louie is a great guy and look forward to working with LC Heating & Cooling in the future.

MGP provided a professional and competitive quote for the Mini split AC/heater i requested.

The technician told me that the inducer motor needed to be replaced because it was measuring at 2.1A and was running too hot. The motor itself is a 2.3A motor, so I got a second opinion and there is nothing wrong with the motor. The flame sensor just needed cleaning and so far the heater is working well. This is my first negative experience with Wagner, they usually don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.

Called them and they gave me an appointment for the next day. Never recieved a call before appointment as promised and no body showed up. I called at appointment time and the guy told me he would call back in 10mins. Never happened.

These guys are the best! We had a major water leak in our house, by swamp cooler. they came out, stayed till 8pm at night, got the job done to perfection.
