First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. I've been a big fan of Alex's before he broke out on his own in starting this company. He and his staff are respectful, timely, and do great work. They won't be the cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for -- in the best way.

My AC was blowing warm air late Thursday. On Friday morning, I called three companies and they said they were booked through the end of the month even when I told them it was an emergency. I have an elderly mother who survived a stroke and an infant. I then called LC heating and Cooling and they said no problem someone will be there between 10 and 11. Louie showed up on time, quickly figured out what the problem was and went searching for the needed part. He found the part explained everything to me and got the crew to help install it. They were all professional and friendly. My family and I appreciate LC Heating and Cooling work. I recommend their services and they will be my go to AC repair/maintenance guys.

We have an older home that was built in 1977. We needed two separate heat and air units that involved running a new duct as well as an electrical panel upgrade. Gerald from MGP coordinated the sub contractors needed to do the electrical work as well as another individual to build out a soffit for the new duct work. The subs were on time, were neat in getting the job done on schedule which allowed Gerald and his crew to get our new air and heat units installed and up and running in less then a weeks time. Donner Plumbing is a great service! They've been out to our house for several different jobs. The entire team is incredibly nice, friendly, and patient (because we don't know jack about plumbing). A shout out to Neil, who schedules the jobs, and he has been super helpful in getting help for us as quickly as possible. Joseph and Tristan recently replaced our evaporative cooler (which was a complicated job) and were extremely kind to my mom. They worked for hours in this terrible heat and never gave up. She is now lounging around in blissful, cooling air. Call Donner if you have a plumbing issue.
