I will always use Rocketman from now on. They always answer the phone or call back if I leave a message. They come when they say they will, tell me what's wrong and how much it will cost to fix.

Even when they can't complete the repair that day and have to come back, they have been able to schedule me quickly and get the work done in a timely manner. I am 100% satisfied.

I decided to go with a five star service that was more accessible than the big names where I was probably just a number in their daily quota (that really happens). Former military I wanted good value and them in and out. Quotes and research completed they were my first choice. The technician notified me ahead of time they could be early if convenient and were in and out with parts replaced, my problem solved rather quickly. Charles got our fireplace working correctly for the first time since we moved here. He used his excellent troubleshooting skills to get the unit running in tiptop shape and we are very pleased with the result.

Charles got our heating system running at its most efficient. Before he started, he explained the work he was going to do and then kept us informed as he progressed. Very nice person. Highly recommend!

Installed a gas line during a kitchen remodel. I expressed concern that the line was protruding too far out from the wall and the new stove would stick out but was reassured it was okay. They even unboxed the new stove sitting in the garage to take a look. Here we are two months later and the stove just got installed and sticks out three inches from the wall. NOT HAPPY at all.

I was very happy with Phillip for our furnace issue, he came in and no non-sense determined the issue, got the parts needed and had me up in running in a couple hours time once the parts arrived and answered extra questions I had. I don't feel like I was overcharged. Thank you academy plumbing. Will come to you again.
