The best I can say about my experience with ABQ Plumbing is that they drove me to find an excellent, smart, affordable, licensed independent plumber. After receiving an estimate from ABQ Plumbing for $6,346–$9,335 both to repair a leak and water damage in the closet that holds my hydronic forced air unit and to remedy my household's lack of hot water, I was able to find an independent plumber who fixed everything for $1,248.The ABQ Plumbing service tech (I'm not sure whether he was a plumber) basically looked at the install date (fourteen years ago) marked on my hot water heater and said it was time to replace it. He also said that to repair the interior water damage, they would have to rip out my hydronic forced air unit and the plenum (ductwork) that it sat on to repair the water damage to the platform and drywall at the bottom of the closet. He also suggested the option of putting in a new hydronic forced air system, reasoning that I may as well put in a new system with a warranty if they were going to rip out my fourteen-year-old system. So I received a low estimate that included reinstalling the old hydronic forced air unit and a high estimate that included installing a new unit.By contrast, my independent guy told me there was nothing wrong with my hot water heater. The problem was that the builder installed a mixer valve, which sat in plain sight above my hot water heater, so that (as a safety measure) 140 degree water would go to the hydronic forced air system and 125 degree water would go to all interior faucets. The reason I wasn't getting hot water was because the valve was turned so that too much cold water was being mixed in. Simply turning the valve would have fixed the problem, but I opted for his recommendation to eliminate the valve and run 140 degree water everywhere. There was plenty of hot water then and still is many months later.Second, my independent guy said he could repair the water damage underneath everything by suspending the hydronic forced air unit with nylon straps and sliding out the plenum, so there was never a real need to rip out the unit.Overall, this experience was made slightly more egregious by calls I made to their customer service department, whose script is Thank you for calling . . . How can we exceed your expectations? I understand wanting to give great customer service, but not only did this question fly in the face of my experience, but I also felt sorry for the reps who had to ask this dumb and unanswerable question.I had a more basic service on a clogged toilet performed at the house prior to this estimate being given, and the tech that came out did a fine job.

Very transparent with what my plumbing issues were. They take pride in their work and made it out to my home in no time! Four Star is hands down the best in town.

I rarely have good customer service experiences anymore so when they do occur I am excited to share. We had one company come out and say they could not find our AC leak. They said we needed to then repipe from attic above 2nd floor down to ground level outside to the unit. This was going to run us $5k+ (not to mention have new piping down the prominent face of our house). I decided to get a 2nd opinion and called Sunshine. These guys were so personable and professional. They ran one test and found the leak in minutes. It was in fact outside and on the unit itself. So, had we re-piped the whole system from the attic and paid thousands we would have still had a leak! I am a nurse and mom of 3. No one deserves to be lied to but I truly don't understand these things and I'm so glad I found a company that advocated for me and is doing the right thing for my home and family. Highly recommend Kurston and Josh! Thankful for companies that value their customers.

Barney Gallegos was great! Did a great job of explaining what he was doing while flushing our tankless water heater. Did a great job representing Daniel’s. Got our tankless water heater working like a champ. We were very satisfied with his work and courteousness. We would use them again.

This is the local small crew that does solid, good work at a very fair price.
For me I am always very concerned with being taken advantage of. Guy and team seemed very trustworthy (solid) and were very respectful and courteous.
I really appreciate their help and level of professionalism all around and will definitely use them for plumbing, heating and a/c needs in the future.
PS - don't pay attention to the old photos of clothes on the Google Maps site (it's something they didn't post and just need to figure out how to remove).

This is the second time we’ve utilized AllOut Plumbing. Although the 1st, James took care of us and this time it was Oscar and needless to say, either one did as well as the other. Very courteous, professional,respectful, and knowledgeable. Dealt on the phone with JR both times and the only difference was by the second time you feel like you’ve known him and has completely earned your trust. All Out was referred to us by Gregg Phillips, and I will certainly join the mission on referrals on every opportunity that comes along.
