In the midst of the Albuquerque heat wave our refrigerated air suddenly stopped working. Called Rocketman at 7:00 am and they said they could send a crew out same day! Ken and Ray called when they were 20 mins away, showed up as scheduled, and gave me some quick diagnostic facts and cost estimates for possible outcomes. Then they went on the roof and started testing the least expensive parts first. Praise God, it was just a $20 capacitor. Ken knows his stuff and was great at communicating. Five stars all around.

I called with a plumbing emergency. I'm in the process of getting my house ready to sell and a leak was discovered from one of the laundry room faucets. The man I talked with in the office was courteous and they were able to send a plumber out within the hour. The plumber (I am sorry but I can't remember their names) called with the estimate and got my approval to go ahead. Then he called when the job was completed and I was able to pay by phone. Easy preezy! I would totally recommend this company. Thank you guys for your response and your friendliness in what was a stressful situation!

Hired them to install a new swamp cooler and maintain my Elderly Mom's AC, While I was out of town, and they were very professional and helpful with the situation. Will be using them for future repairs and upkeep.

The folks at Wagner went above and beyond to install our new refrigerated air system. Our initial quote didn't take into account how tight the tolerances were on our mechanical closet, but the crew and their supervisor did their best to dismantle, and today re-install, the door and framing around the opening! They were able to install our new high-efficiency combo unit and walked me through its use. We're very satisfied with their professionalism and kindness. We will continue using Wagner in the future, for sure.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

My house is in outside of the city.I got water damage at my home.I google and got WMF. I called them and told the whole situation.They drove to my house and it took two hours.They did their work honestly.They charged only for their work. I have very good experience with WMF and team. I highly recommend WMF for everyone.
