The technician, Ryan, was extremely professional and courteous as well as knowledgeable. He kept me informed of what he was doing and how he was going to remedy the problem and as well he did it in a timely fashion. As we Ashlan in the office was very courteous and helpful. An interesting experience. I called Central about a plumbing leak under my bathtub in my crawlspace. When the guy came out to assess the situation, he refused to enter the crawlspace, saying that he'd seen dozens of such leaks and didn't need to go into the crawlspace to see it for himself. He expected me to explain the leak and its source and its severity even though I hadn't been down there myself (too old for that now). He eventually said he'd provide an estimate for the repair -- or at least what he thought would be the repair -- but never did so. When I called to ask about the repair estimate, all I got was an answering machine. So I emailed the company but never got a response. Apparently they don't need the work.

This place has done my heating and AC the last 3 years and is the best and reliable and reasonably priced.

Affordable Service installed a new water heater, furnace and added A/C at the same time. Joe and his team (Story, Patrick and the electrician) arrived on time and were very professional. All the work was coordinated and everyone knew what to do and were very courteous. The job was very tedious since the work space to install the HVAC systems was not quite adequate for the size of the equipment to be installed. Joe and his team were very creative in making the available space work.I am sure another crew would NOT have been as creative. I give them SIX stars out of Five.

We purchased our new home and it has a newer Water filtration system. The sediment filter seized up and we could not remove without causing damage to the water lines. We called Wagner's! The came out right away, Thomas was fast, friendly and no mess! Reasonable rates, we will be contacting Wagner for all future plumbing, HVAC, septic maintenance and repairs!!! Furnace went out on a Sunday and I have an elderly father living with me so I can't let house go cold for too long. Monday a.m. I call Donner and Neill has Joseph out by 930am and the Furnace is repaired and running before noon. The receptionist, Neill, and Joseph all very professional. The repairs are warrantied. Didn't research how competitive their rates are but it didn't matter because time was of the essence and it was a very good experience. Will likely use them again.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater.
