We've been a very happy B. Carlson customer since 2005, but never had the need to use their emergency after-hours service until this past Saturday when our A/C failed to hold temperature on one of the hottest days of the year. Our Preferred Service Agreement really paid off. I called and reached someone in under 3 minutes. The dispatcher said someone would call in 10 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later Ben, one of their senior techs, called me back and arrived in less than 30 minutes. After checking things inside the house and then working on the system up on the (hot) roof for about 90 minutes, we were back up and running in time for our company to arrive for a one-week visit. I am thrilled at the speediness and quality of the service that Ben and B. Carlson provided to us.

During this time Pro Plumbing has tackled every kind of job imaginable and I has always reigned victorious. At the same time I have found Pro Plumbing to be the most reasonably-priced as well as consistent. Sigi is an incredible problem solver, professional and always has a great attitude. My only complaint is that my other contractors don't match the same caliber of Pro Plumbing.

He handled the needed repair but also hunted down the source of an additional problem we didn’t realize we had until he was testing the system to ensure all was ship shape. Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.
