Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

Alex and his technicians got us taken care of quickly and professionally. Very reasonable. Hit a few snags along the way, but they contacted me immediately and worked through them quickly and got us back up and running as promised.

I trusted Glenn(sales rep) when I heard him talk to the owner about my leaking tankless water heater. The owner knew each elbow and screw!!! It took a few days to get the replacement part but when it was in the plumbers hands they were on their way to get our hot water running again. Great job Gerald!!!!

I highly recommend 4 Star Mechanical. They fixed my AC and absolutely did an outstanding job. My home warranty company dragged their feet but 4 Star Mechanical stayed on them to get the paperwork through and get my AC fixed. They are friendly, professional and proficient. I was having an issue with my gas fireplace. Contacted Abq Plumbing for an appt and they came to my house the next day. Kevin and his partner arrived on time, we’re courteous and professional. Kevin inspected the fireplace, spending a considerable amount of time measuring for carbon monoxide leaks, inspected the outside vent and advised my husband and I on the workings of the fireplace and maintenance. We were very pleased with the service visit these two young men provided. I will call Abq Plumbing again without hesitation.
