Mario in sales recommended for the downstairs unit using BreezAir downdraft which has 10 speed control with automatic water quality control. This unit is awesome in performance. I am so happy to have found this company! Mark was so knowledgeable and professional. After my meter was pulled for a possible leak, Mark and his assistant took care of the red tag items on my water heater and furnace and got them up to code. His diligence also found a leak that he addressed immediately. He made a stressful situation bearable by coordinating efficiently with the City by getting the permits for a successful inspection. I will recommend this company and Mark highly to friends and family in the future!

Amazing service. I had called TLC prior to calling Wagner, but I am very glad I went with Wagner instead. Not only did they get in touch in the same day to set me up with financing and book my installation, they were fast, courteous, and did great work. TLC didn't communicate with me for over three days, during which I had no heat in my home. It didn't seem like TLC really cared to get my business, but Wagner definitely did, and I would highly recommend them.

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!
