Wagner's team arrived on time to install an evaporative cooler, and were polite and professional. The installation went well, but the water source (exterior spigot) posed unexpected plumbing problems. Although it was not their error, Wagner expedited additional service to ensure a reliable water source. They stayed late to advise and implement a solution to get my new cooler fully operational. At the end of the day, I feel like Wagner provided what they promised, plus went the extra mile to provide higher-level consultation - I see why they get such great reviews.

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. You know how sometimes you spend money on things and are not completely satisfied? This has never been the true for us with Courtesy. They have done a number of projects at our home over the years including removing our swamp system and replacing it with a new furnace and refrigerated air, replacing our water heater and installing hot water re-circulation, and this week replacing a bathtub and installing new fixtures. The work and the staff are exceptional and have always provided great customer communications and service. With Courtesy, we always feel it is money well spent.

Scheduled an appointment for 5/23/16 to have my swamp cooler serviced / turned on also wanted estimate on refrigerated air....to make a long story short...took time off off work R&R was a no show, no call. I called and they asked to reschedule for the following day..didnt work for me...I called another company - they met me in about 30 minutes - converted the swamp cooler over and provided an estimate for refrigerated air...which we will be changing to. I was very pleased.
Will no longer be using R&R for our home and our rental...have had too many issues over time.
