After a week of record setting heat, my AC
Would not work. This happened on Saturday morning, I called Affordable Heating and AC and was put on their list, I was advised about the charges upfront. Kevin was professional, courteous and explained what the problem was. I will definitely call them again.

Julian and his team were great from the start. I asked for estimate he showed up the same day and provided a competitive price vs. Others! After the job was completed he came back to relocate my thermostat and charged system with more freon. My refrigerator air unit works great I've already provided recommendations to others as I was impressed in their work ethic and response time!

Ben couldn't have been nicer. When the problem we called about was just a simple fix, he asked if we had anything else we needed checked or any questions, so we would get our money's worth for the required one-hour minimum. He told us how to annually flush out the tankless water heater, and also gave good advice about servicing the swamp cooler. A very good guy who offered many money-saving tips! And he was so friendly to our dog!

I work for a Property Management co. in Albuquerque NM, American AC & Heat is the only company we have ever used that will respond and (usually) complete our work orders the same day! Had a bad water leak call plumbers Express Stephan came out within an hour. He was very knowledgeable of how to fix the problem when they came back they was on time and very nice. I will recommend plumbers Express to anybody that needs a good plumber !

We have used E & M on several occasions. When our water heater went out the work was done swiftly so we weren't inconvienced by being out of hot water. We found the repair expense very affordable! We will continue to recommend E & M to our friends and family!

Very professional workers who installed my furnace. Everthing was done quickly and very cleanly, taking exceptional care not to cause any damage to walls, doors etc. I was also given a very good explanation of the functioning of the furnace.

We called on Monday to get a price estimate on some work that needs to be done as soon as possible, the owner came on Wednesday and said we would receive the estimate through e-mail in a couple hours. Toward the end of they day we hadn’t received it so I called to ask and was told “we will get back to you”. We never heard back so I called again this morning and was given the same answer.

After my original review posted I got a call within a few hours from the owner apologizing, he explained that for some reason our quote was being sent to a wrong e-mail. They corrected the e-mail and we got the quote which was significantly lower than the plumber who is doing the work, but we had already signed the contract with the other plumber and left the deposit.

I wish there hadn’t been the e-mail confusion and feel that the staff should have done a better job ensuring they were sending the quote to the correct person because we would have gone with them not just on price but also the owner seemed very friendly and knowledgeable.

We plan to call them first next time we have a plumbing need so we can give them another chance.
