We have worked with Mark for several years when he worked at another company. When he started Central Plumbing (his own company) we made sure to become one of his first clients. Mark is the nicest man, very efficient, works quickly and is an expert at his trade. His is also honest; he doesn't try to pad our bill with products and services we don't really need. He will let us know when something is wearing out and should be replaced, but he isn't at all pushy about it. Central Plumbing deserves 10 stars. Hire this company; you won't regret it.

This business is run by professionals! Gerald installed 2 large combo units for my business. They were installed, up and running before we opened with not a single problem. He then replaced my kitchen sink, faucet, water heater, garbage disposal, and circulating pump. All done in a timely and efficient manner. Again everything perfect, no mess and professionally installed. Then I had him check a heater at my house and he fixed it in no time at all. Highly recommend this company and services! I was disappointed in Travis, the gentleman that serviced our AC. Our AC went out and we were able to quickly schedule an appointment with Travis to come look at our AC to see if he could fix it. He reported that he could fix it but it would cost about $1300 to do so. He made a temporary repair that had the AC running for two hours before it quit again. We also asked for a quote to replace the system since it is 16 years old. That was a mistake. They quoted me $15,000. I contacted two other AC repair companies that quoted me $10,000 & $9,000. I scheduled another appointment with Travis to repair our AC, $9,000 is a cost I was hoping to avoid for another year. Unfortunately, Travis failed to properly diagnose our system. He never looked at the actual AC unit and when he had already finished replacing parts on the blower, he “discovered” that the coil was also bad. At this point he began pressuring me to apply for financing to replace the system. We also discovered that he had built in extra costs into the bid and was working on a commission that incentivized increasing the cost. He said that we could only get the $1300 we had given him to repair an unrepairable system if we went with his $15,000 bid. At that point I realized that I had not hired a trustworthy company and had been conned out of $1,300. I quickly had him on his way and began working with more reputable companies to figure out how to fix my AC. Do not use Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating and Cooling and especially beware of Travis.

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Courtesy. My AC went out on a103 degree day and it's only 6 yrs old. Courtesy didn't install my system but they got me on their schedule the same day I called. (my installer wouldn't even call me back) I've been happy with Courtesy's plumbing services so I gave them a call. In just one hour Neil did the trouble shooting, drove to the supply company, picked up the part, installed it and got me up and running! Lesson learned: don't be fooled by lower service call rates with a repair price by the job! Courtesy charges a fair hourly rate, doesn't waste time and money and gets the job done with expert professionalism. Big thank you to Neil, Curtis and the office staff for everything. Courtesy with now be my 1st call for anything they service!
