MGP mechanical was very professional and knowledgeable as well as going out of their way to include the consumer in the project along with a follow up. Mila also explained all products available to purchase, very helpful. Job well done. !!

I just needed a quick drain clean out. They were great on the phone, scheduled me quickly, and came out when they said they would. (and for the price they quoted) I'll use them again for sure.

Reading these reviews is like reading about 2 different companies. I am not a family member of Julian or any of his crew. All I can say is that he and they have always been on time, been professional and pleasant and have done the job quickly and well. We converted from evaporative to refrigerated air and added a mini-split in one room that couldn’t be ducted. The proof is in the results. I will hire Julian and JC&E whenever I have a job in their wheelhouse.

If you want work done correctly do not waste your time and money on these guys.

Chris and Randy did a great job! They took care of the 3 problems/ issues that I had. Chris has a good sense of humor. If I have a future electrical problems I will get back with you guys and request Chris if possible.

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Courtesy. My AC went out on a103 degree day and it's only 6 yrs old. Courtesy didn't install my system but they got me on their schedule the same day I called. (my installer wouldn't even call me back) I've been happy with Courtesy's plumbing services so I gave them a call. In just one hour Neil did the trouble shooting, drove to the supply company, picked up the part, installed it and got me up and running! Lesson learned: don't be fooled by lower service call rates with a repair price by the job! Courtesy charges a fair hourly rate, doesn't waste time and money and gets the job done with expert professionalism. Big thank you to Neil, Curtis and the office staff for everything. Courtesy with now be my 1st call for anything they service!

This company is fraud! We bought a house that needed the sewer line spot repair, and the previous owners paid for it and chose this company. Less than a year later, the sewer backed up, so we called them. They never did the work. We checked with the city, and there was never a permit pulled. They did come out and actually complete the work, probably so they didn't get sued. The previous owner paid like 3,000. Also, they told us they would reimburse us for having to call roto rooter, and when my husband sent the manager the receipt, he got no response. Do not use this company!

Nick and Terrence did a fantastic job installing a new gas line and assisting with my tankless install. They were very knowledgeable about local codes to ensure the work was done properly and professionally. They are definitely worth every penny! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend.
