Whitehorse Plumbing called me back after the last post explaining why he didn't meet me the other day. He scheduled me on for today, this time I was late. Mistakes were made during the job but Whitehorse Plumbing resolved all issues. I'm glad I gave this company a second chance. Whitehorse Plumbing has my business the next time I have heating and plumbing problems.

I hate to post this review because I was excited to work with Whitehorse Plumbing. I called the company to get an estimate, he came by quickly and told me he could do the job for a great price. I asked him when he could do it, he said he can come by the next day. I said okay but we didn't schedule a time. The next day I waited for him until 10 then I gave him a call. It seemed like he totally forgot he had an appointment with me that day but said he will come by after he's done with another client. I waited all day until 3 then I gave him another call but no answer. I waited a day for him to give me a call back to explain but nothing from him. Again I hate to post this because of the other great reviews I had seen. I just wish I had the the experience other clients had with Whitehorse Plumbing.

An overall great experience. Andrea was very helpful and informative. David and Sean did an excellent job installing the A/C system. It was a great experience and will recommend this company to all my friends and family. I’m looking forward to continuing doing business with them.

We initially contacted TLC about purchasing and installing a water softener. We were so pleased with the process that we also had them install a new tankless water heater.The service was so exceptional, we decided to have them install a new AC and furnace as well.It was during a follow-up visit that a leak under our foundation was detected and quickly repaired.The entire TLC Team was exceptional!
